Hummels isn't actually that old and he could still play in a good european league. I could very well imagine that he could play in the Turkish Super League, they like older and more experienced players. But I haven't read of any offers yet.

Chelsea have never complained about how high the price of a player is, they just go for it without thinking if the player is worth it or not. For Osimhen any amount being placed on him is fine but from how the Napoli owners are taking this deal I don't think they want the best for the player, reducing his wages for a reason best known to them and Conte doesn't even want anything to do with the player if not he would have been included to his plans next season, after Osimhen is still in his best of form. But I don't think PSG are ok with having Osimhen come over to France to start a new chapter and I kinda think they are going to get someone different to replace Mbappe.

I believe it is because of the poor performance of Chelsea last season that has made a lot of people not to believe in them again and their chances of winning the league next season. Chelsea was already getting better before the end of last season despite not making the top4 last season I think getting a good striker they can be able to perform better than Aston Villa who knows if they will even end up winning the league or finishing as runners up since they will not participate in the champions league next season.

It's clear that Chelsea are no competitor for the title, they focus more on building the team and just getting to a level where they can fit in on other top leagues, most importantly returning back to the Champions League. For a defender of Mat Hummels quality, I wasn't expecting him to struggle in getting a new club after leaving Borussia Dortmund at the end of last season. The former Germany international was a rockie kind of defender during his days at Dortmund but considering his age, I don't think it'll be wise for him to play for another European team when he has the option of going to Saudi Arabia where he'll earn a lot of money. Rejecting offers from Saudi clubs just to sign for Bologna  where it's almost impossible for him to win any major trophy with k don't think is a wise decision for the German veteran but since he wants to remain in Europe, his decision will always be respected.
