Well, I want to first tell inhact that Chelsea has no chances of winning the English Premier League. They are not contenders. One cannot really vouch for Hansi Flick yet when the season has not yet began. Hummels isn't actually that old and he could still play in a good european league. I could very well imagine that he could play in the Turkish Super League, they like older and more experienced players. But I haven't read of any offers yet.

For Osimhen any amount being placed on him is fine but from how the Napoli owners are taking this deal I don't think they want the best for the player, reducing his wages for a reason best known to them and Conte doesn't even want anything to do with the player if not he would have been included to his plans next season, after Osimhen is still in his best of form. But I don't think PSG are ok with having Osimhen come over to France to start a new chapter and I kinda think they are going to get someone different to replace Mbappe.
