Barcelona got a great deal on Dani Olmo. Olmo is a better player than Nico Williams because he can play anywhere on the front line. This makes him a useful tool against strong teams like Real Madrid. This player can also play as a wide or even a false nine. He's not just an attacking midfielder. This flexibility is very important for a club that is having money problems but still needs to stay ahead of the competition
Getting Olmo until 2030 isn't just a deal; it's an investment in a player who can do a lot of different things. He's Flick's secret weapon; a player whose uncertainty could make or break El Clasico. Even though Mbappe plays for Real Madrid, Olmo is a strategic tool for Barcelona. He can break down defences and make things chaotic on the pitch
It's really sad that Olmo joined a team that near of bankruptcy and Barcelona is not the strongest team, they're struggle to win La Liga and will never win Champions League anymore. The 6 years contract is too long, I believe Olmo will regret to sign this contract because he's already 26 years old, it means he need to wait till 32 years old if he want to join other team.
The thing is Barcelona never want to sell their players at cheap, they always demand ridiculous fees.
He can always exit the club at anytime if he comes to an agreement with the club. Barcelona is a club that may not have enough financial capacity to keep good players but they’ll always try their best to bring the best out of their players. They can’t lose their form that much as one of the best in the La Liga, so with all obstacles they’re facing now, they’ll want to come out victorious. 26 years Old Olmo is not a regretful signing to me when asked, they’ve made the right choice, they can’t be the best but they can give the best a very tough time even though they’ll fall short of not wining the trophy. With six years contract signed with him, they’ve locked him down and just need to groom him to become the best they want from him.
I feel for this player Reus who spent 12 years at Borussia Dortmund with only 2 German cups, I was expecting him to at least lift the Bundesliga title before leaving the side but age wasn't on his side to keep trying. Such a great player and joining one of the best team in the MLS might be an opportunity to at least win one league title to his name. When Dortmund had the chance of winning the German league I thought that was going to be the last time of seeing him wearing the jersey of Dortmund but they messed everything up for him and it was a disappointing season for him especially, that season would have been for him as a parting gift, I felt pity for the big man Marco Reus just wish him the best on his new challenge.
It was such a sad career for Marco Reus after all the years he has spent in Dortmund and also in Bundesliga. A loyal player like him is hard to come across now. He gave all he has for the club but they were not able to lift the Bundesliga trophy with him. With two German cups, he has done well for his career and will continue to have that record written close to his name. The likes of Kane that have nothing to show till date are the most devastated ones now. But since he’s still active, he can turn things around soon.
