How do you see this? Is Casemiro worth loaning to Galatasaray?

Maybe many of us are wondering why the Red Devils management wants to respond to this discussion but indeed a few days ago, precisely after Manchester United lost to Liverpool, many Red Devils fans attacked Casemiro because he was considered to have made a big mistake in that match.

I think since his arrival at Manchester United, Casemiro has often had problems such as not fitting in with Erik ten Hag's strategy and he has also often been injured during the last season. Maybe many of the clubs are starting to doubt him and if this agreement is reached then Casemiro will try a new challenge in Turkey for one season and at least there he can forget his problems so far at Manchester United.
I am not surprised that MU are thinking about sending Casemiro on loan, he has made many mistakes in recent matches and since ten Hag wants to build a young team, he would not be against letting him go to another team. It is strange that Galatasaray decided to be so active at the end of the transfer window, the loan of Osinhem is quite justified and aimed at strengthening the attack, but the interest in Casemiro is rather caused by his authority and past merits, because now he is not as good as he was before at Real.

Casemiro is a finished player. Manchester United wanted to sell him due to his big paycheck. They hoped to use the money to buy Rabiot. Why would Galatasaray help them offload this overpaid & washed player?

Galatasaray can get Rabiot directly instead of him. It will be the dumbest decision if they take him from Manchester United. Casemiro is not even worth his price. Also, his salary is too high (300k per week). I hope they don't waste their money to loan him from United. This shouldn’t happen with them.

Napoli and Chelsea are not featuring in any European competition, but Galalstataray will be playing in the Europa League. So if you want to consider that, his move to Turkey is better. If he puts himself in order, Galallstataray will be a good platform for greater heights, after all, he is just 25 years old.
The problem is that Galatasaray cannot afford to bring him in because his price and salary are too expensive, we know Osimhen wants the same salary as Napoli offers so every club will consider the request. In this case, Napoli are also to blame for disrupting the transfer plans to the Saudi Pro League even though initially both clubs had agreed but Napoli asked for additional fees so that in the end the transfer was cancelled and if I was on the side of the Saudi club then I would do the same thing, especially when find other offers at a lower fee.
Now Victor Osimhen officially plays for Galatasaray with loan option, meanwhile for the salary we don't know whether Galatasaray pays the full amount or 50% from Napoli. This is the perfect time for Osimhen to prove Napoli made a mistake when they let him go and Osimhen has another chance to catch the eye of elite clubs when he plays in the Europa League. If Osimhen can play consistently in the Turkish League then Osimhen will regain his market value of 120 million which means his potential move to the elite league is getting closer.

Well, either he is going to prove Napoli that they have made a big mistake by letting him go
or He’s going to prove that Napoli has made the right decision by letting him go. or at least trying to let him go.
Because you know, he is still under contract.

By the way, did he have to extend his contract with Napoli,? I think he did not.
So Napoli will have only a very short amount of time to actually sell him if they want to when he comes back from loan.

And about Arsenal borrowing Raheem Sterling from Chelsea, I also don't understand it. But I'm sure Arteta thinks that this player can be expected to provide additional strength for Arsenal this season. And the quality of Sterling is also quite good. So borrowing it is also a pretty good step in my opinion.

Raheem Sterling is not an under quality player, it just happens that his performance is off and on these days, may be old age is catching up with him already. He’s a type of player that was months the best in the premier league during the days of Aguero in Manchester City. They were the frontline in that team alongside Sane. His move to Chelsea was as a result of that after Pep Guardiola didn’t really need their services again and was already building younger players to replace them at the time. He was t that bad at Chelsea either, he’d played well in Chelsea during the time he had spent there after his move from Manchester City. The new coach doesn’t just see him as a player befitting in his formation to use this season and that was why he left him out. Sterling will add a lot of value to the Arsenal frontline and he’ll be a good substitute for them also as a playmaker that he is.

I think it’s just as a back up for Saka because the amount of games he has played in the last 2 years means he risks burn out or injury.

Sterling is nothing special but maybe it gives Arteta scope to rest Saka at times during the season.

Yeah I agree with you, Raheem Sterling is still reliable, it's just a bit difficult for him to compete at Chelsea because we know Chelsea has many alternative players. In my opinion, moving to Arsenal was the right decision because there he gets more opportunities yeah at least it's more possible as a starter. Raheem Sterling was at the peak of his career in 2019 even its market value reaches 160 million then continued to decline until today to 35 million, he has played 379 games and scored 123 goals it is an impressive achievement in the Premier League.

The question is who's the boss, imagine when Osimhen was doing everything in his power to call the shots concerning his transfer, how he even wanted x2 of what Napoli is paying him to be paid by Chelsea, now he had to sit and watch while his real boss choose if they want to play him at Napoli or not. He alone used his hands to spoil the smooth passage to greatness, not making any decisions to go to either Chelsea or the money making League Saudi is on him but he has already made a decision just that it didn't work out for him since Ivan Toney's transfer came to light, but let's be honest Osimhen never wanted to go to any league outside Europe, I think he wanted to stay and play some European football not about the money.

Yes and I don't know whether you are following basketball, I am not too much, but there was an example of German player Dennis Schroeder when he was offered a $84 million contract by the Los Angeles Lakers and he decided to refuse back at the time because he smelt more money, he was literally playing poker, not signing that contract because he thought there is more in the making for him. It happened in 2021 and out of a sudden the LA Lakers revoked their offer and Schroder crashed from $84 million to no options at all as he was wrong, nobody else was serious about him. He claims that his advisors told him there was more money to be made and he shouldn't sign because he argues he would have done it. At the end of the day the Boston Celtics took him and paid him 5.9 million for a year. The LA Lakers offered him $21 million a year. I think he himself is to blame because eventually he is the one who has to take the pen in his hand and put his signature below the contract. Seriously, what's their to lose when you are making $21 million a year? Screw those advisors, but even more screw him.

As for Osimhen, I would have been quite surprised if he went abroad to Saudi Arabia, but realism aside, if he was left without choices and for a moment and it looked like it, what else could he have done? As you can see Galatasaray clearly was the emergency exit. It was the final, final call. But now he is talking the same shit, best fans and stadium in the world and bla bla. Can't hear it anymore.

Raheem Sterling is one of the luckiest wingers in the Premier League. He played for Liverpool, Manchester City, and now Arsenal. He is indeed a good player since he is able to succeed in the two top teams in the EPL. He can help Arsenal win trophies because he is an experienced player and has won several trophies with the top two Premier League clubs he played for before joining Arsenal; this means he can be a good player that can score a lot of goals for Arsenal especially as they didn’t sign a reliable striker and Havertz and Gabriel Jesus are not reliable anymore.

Trying to understand Osimhen deal is one thing, but there is another question which is January, there is no deal about January at all, and nothing states that he will leave in January based on reports as well. Of course these are just twitter people, so there isn't really anything concrete in proof yet, but if there is nothing about January, that means Osimhen will play until end of May there, which doesn't make sense.

I do understand just 4 months of Osimhen loan deal would be hard to get accepted, but he could totally be sold by that time, giving him loaned until may doesn't make sense at all to me. Of course there is one more chance, which is the fact that if a bigger team wants him, he could just say "I am injured" and not play, and then Galatasaray will force to waive him.

By the way, Raheem Sterling signed with Arsenal. This is yet another ridiculous transfer. Why would Arsenal want to sign a player like Sterling?
Gunners headcoach, Mikel Arteta signed promising experienced players in the transfer window, he’s having coupled game strategy to reinforced this magnificent squad this season. We should patiently wait and expects the very best from the Gunners. It happens that Raheem Sterling fall out of Favour under the new Chelsea boss, Enzo Maresca. Raheem Sterling is a top experience player, Gunners are lucky enough to have him in the squad.

Enzo Maresca is making some very strange decisions. He has signed a lot of players, most of them very young, and I doubt that they will all play regularly. Then he started to send away players like Raheem Sterling. I confess that I don't understand why he doesn't want Raheem Sterling, who is a good player in my opinion. Something funny about Raheem Sterling is that he has played for Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea and now he will play for Arsenal. The guy is 29 years old, so normally he should have been playing for a team for many years. But he has already changed teams a lot.  Grin

Raheem Sterling will wear the number 30 shirt for us this season.

source: https://www.arsenal.com/news/raheem-sterling-given-squad-number

The question will be whether he will play a lot and whether he will be able to score enough goals to convince the Arsenal coach to sign him permanently. He will probably try very hard because this is his only chance of leaving Chelsea for a good team, and as I said, at 29 years old he has already played for Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea, so in England he will hardly play for any big team if he is not signed by Arsenal on a permanent basis.

Sterling is a good player when he plays for Manchester City, but he misses many chances before scoring, which is why Chelsea dislikes him and wants him to go on loan to another club, but now that he has changed teams, let's see if he can improve and create opportunities for Arsenal to win games. And Arsenal are really performing great this season again is just that they draw one match and he can be a problem for them if Manchester City don't lose points he will be hard for them to win the league, last season sterling help Chelsea very well he give assists and even score goals and make Chelsea stronger than before but now they betrayed him. Sterling will really do well under Arteta and make the fan proud this season, because sterling is a very experienced player and he usually play UCL and he will help Arteta on that aspect and even the league he will do is possible best to get is first title in the club, Arteta as fail twice in the league trophy this will be the third one and he won't like to lose this time again.

Pep Guardiola have handled the career of the player, watching him grow to become a top professional player. Raheem sterling is no average player, he played for Liverpool, Manchester, Chelsea and now Arsenal. Watching him played in different elite clubs jersey means he's destined for greatness. Expects more from Raheem Sterling, he's now an Arsenal player who's yet to make his debut for the club. Mikel Arteta knows how to use the englishman and there would be more exploring options for the club. Raheem Sterling would be wearing the Arsenal jersey number 30, confirmed by the team's management.

He did already agree and the transfer has been completed. It has been announced just hours ago, but still I think what a downfall that was for a striker who was supposed to be the next European superstar in a team like Real Madrid. Now he is playing for Galatasaray Istanbul because he is left without any other options. Going to be interesting to see for how long he will be playing in the Turkish League, but I somehow can't imagine that it will be for very long.

But as it seems there are some interesting details involved. Napoli wants Osimhen to first extends his contract with Napoli for one more year until 2027 and then they let him go for a zero loan fee if Galatasaray covers his salary. What a weird transfer is that? Cheesy That's a lot of drama, but the best that could happen to him now I guess as he is still guaranteed his salary.

Napoli says that if he returned from the loan period next summer, their negotiation position would be really bad because there would be only one year of contract duration left. That is why he first had to agree to extend his contract until 2027. Very interesting and forward looking move by Napoli.

I know that Osimhen has already agreed to join Galatasaray on loan. And that is probably a very good decision that he has made. Because staying at Napoli was only going to be bad for him.

By the way, one thing I wanted to mention is that if I recall correctly, he wanted to make sure that Chelsea got a lot of money by selling him and that’s why he was not pushing to get transferred to another club. So where is the love from Chelsea? And how can a player be so stupid if that is actually true? He should have remembered that a club is always going to make money one way or another. He has to think about his career first. I hope he will be able to join Galatasaray on loan. And if that means he has to extend his contract with Chelsea, he should do it as fast as possible.

I am not sure I understand what you are saying. Osimhen wanted to make sure that Chelsea can make money when they sell him? But they would first have to have him under contract. If there is no deal then there is nothing for Osimhen to take care of, let alone in an altruistic sense.

You said that it was a very good decision. Decision is what you make when you have options. Now you could argue that his options were yes or no to Galatasaray, but in reality there were no such options as he had nowhere else to go. That is why this wasn't a very good decision, but the only thing he could do in order to avoid being unemployed for a year as one of the most popular strikers from a year ago. He fell deep and hard. That's why this wasn't a decision. It's like saying that it was a decision to use the door when there is a fire in a room and there are no windows.

This is the first time I have seen a case like this when a player of his level suddenly has no club anymore. But I assume that Napoli was tired of the games that he was playing and I think that is quite comprehensible from their point of view.

I think he played very well both in Manchester City and Chelsea. Although he doesn't look very bright statistically, everyone in the forum knows how high quality Sterling is. Arteta will evaluate him in the best position for Arsenal. I think he was one of the most important transfers for Arsenal. Arsenal, who want to win the championship next year, will benefit more from him.

Liverpool still strongly believes in recruiting young players and building their talents to produce new talents. Rio Ngumoha is one of the Chelsea academy players who was previously targeted by Liverpool and now he has joined a top team like Liverpool which can later provide great experience for the young player. Hopefully he will not disappoint the managers who have chosen him to be a future professional player.

Well with the experience and development that arteta have gotten from kovacic, I wouldn't doubt his ability anymore in making and getting the best out of Raheem sterling because kovacic was also kinda of a liability player at one time in Chelsea but arteta truly got the best out of him and he was part of the key player that made their season last time .

I still can't believe how this is happening right now. But it is.  Grin  As he couldn't reach an agreement with Al-Ahli, this was the only option left for him. Otherwise he was going to be left out of squad for certain.
Everything is possible, dude.  Grin
Al Ahli almost signed him but Napoli suddenly wants higher transfer fees. I can understand if Al Ahli decided to reject it, Napoli reneged on the negotiation. It burdens Al Ahli, Osimhen's value becomes too overprice. Another reason is about the high salary asked by Osimhen. Not sure why Osimhen becomes too greedy with the money, he may assume he deserves it.

Source: https://www.pulsesports.ng/football/story/napoli-disrespect-africa-reactions-trail-osimhens-exclusion-from-serie-a-squad-list-2024083111083164945

I really appreciate Galatasaray on this agreement. It is a very smart move. They were criticized because of not being active enough in the transfer market this summer. But now they are about to make a really huge signing...
Galatasaray probably monitored the situation of Osimhen. They may realize that Osimhen has no choice anymore, so Galatasaray is trying to sign him now. Napoli also seems to agree because there are no more teams to negotiate for Osimhen. However, I'm not sure if Osimhen is ready to accept low salary there. I guess Galatasaray should pay a lot for the salary of Osimhen. But if Osimhen can play well, it is not a problem for Galatasaray.

I think that with the coming season it is important for him to work not for his salary but for his playing practice and improving his skills, because maybe it will be difficult for him to come back from Turkish league to Europe. I don't think it's a good plan to go there on loan, but he really doesn't have any more options, so it's better that way than him not playing for a season at all
It will be the most foolish thing If Osimhen do not agree to the terms of Galatasaray, in this he has been placed with the best opportunity of taking him out of being idle and benched in a team where he was once the big bird. Osimhen did so much for Napoli, everyone saw his influence as the top striker for the team even scoring both unbelievable goals and at last being treated like one average player, I hope Lukaku becomes the better version of Osimhen or nothing will be different from what they did to Osimhen also happen to him.

Osimhen can still have a move to the Premier League or any other competitive one if only he can work on his ratings, once he becomes the topic of discussion based on his outstanding contribution to his new team then he can raise every possibility of having the option of moving to the Premier league.

Osimhen moving to Galatasaray was one thing I was not expecting to see from this player and Napoli. Osimhen was one of the best players on his team he had a good enough performance to help Napoli win the title in the past but he wanted to leave Napoli for teams like PSG and Chelsea but since his offers were not good enough he decided to stay and this made Napoli unhappy that's why Conte said he doesn't need Osimhen anymore.
Not it seems he joined Galatasaray and he is going to play here for loan.

The thing is, victor osimhen and Napoli had already had a fall out since before the end of last season, there was a crack in the wall between both parties before Conte came into the picture. Napoli had already blacklisted osimhen, so Conte was just only doing his job by letting the world know the position of the club on victor osimhen.
So because of the fracas osimhen has with, it was rumoured that the Napoli side scuttled his move for both PSG and the Saudi team that came, just in a bid to show their might, but allowed him for Chelsea deal that had wage cut and osimhen rejected that deal basically because of the pay cut.

So the Galatasaray deal is a bit fair compared to that of Chelsea even though it was still on a loan move, which a lot of people had argued that osimhen was big for a loan move, but however at least he'll be playing football again for the next 6 months instead of waiting and being out of play which Napoli wanted to place on him.

Yeah it is rumored that Osimhen currently has a verbal agreement with the SPL club where he agreed to a bid of 160 million which of course this would be an unthinkable condition where he had to surrender to Al Ahli's big offer even though there was no official agreement.

It seems that he wants to leave Napoli as soon as possible with a situation that is indeed uncertain because his current relationship is really confusing.
But choosing an SPL club in the end also has risks for performance because indeed in terms of salary they will definitely not have problems because whoever is in the SPL then financially they are guaranteed but still when leaving European competition then the hype and exposure will not be greater.

In addition, the deal must also be quick if he wants to leave because seeing from the closing time of the transfer season then it only leaves a few days.

I don't really know much about Osimhen or the SPL club, but it sounds like he's in a tricky situation. If he wants to leave Napoli, he better make a decision fast before the transfer season ends. Leaving European competition could impact his performance, but if the money's good in the SPL then maybe it's worth the risk. Good luck to him, hope he figures it out soon!
Now the decision has been made and we can see a plot twist in the Osimhen drama where we couldn't even guess that Osimhen would go to Galatasaray especially after the rumors that always said Chelsea and PSG but what happened this time was beyond everyone's prediction.

Honestly this is something that I think is unexpected and hard to expect this before but with the condition of Napoli and Osimhen who until now did not have an improved relationship then indeed even though this is a loss but this is better for them.
Osimhen being left at Napoli will not have any impact other than new problems because Conte will not include him in Napoli's future plans so it is better for him to be loaned out. It's just that by loaning Osimhen now then inevitably Napoli must also bury their hopes for the high price of Osimhen because I am quite sure that the value next season for Osimhen will decrease.

I think selling Casemiro is bad idea for Manchester United because this season Manchester United have already to sell some of their midfielder such as Mctominay so automatically Manchester United have not much option for defensive midfielder and indeed this summer they have been bought Manuel Ugarte from PSG but we still don't know this player will be performing well or not and i have to says Casemiro transfer could be very risky for Manchester United and it will influence team stabilized

I know Casemiro performing poorly with Manchester United even for most people he is the caused why Manchester United lost from Liverpool last week but i think we shouldn't be judge his performance only from 1 match because i am sure he will be able to bounce back and in form again with Manchester United even there is a rumour actually Ten Hag want to hold Casemiro because Ten Hag still believe Casemiro still important for Manchester United

I think it’s just as a back up for Saka because the amount of games he has played in the last 2 years means he risks burn out or injury.

Sterling is nothing special but maybe it gives Arteta scope to rest Saka at times during the season.
Yes he will remain a reserve player, no longer Arteta's top priority in his squad maybe it could be that Sterling will be given a few minutes for him but we don't know how often he will be in the line up with Arsenal.

It's clear Sterling was nothing special at Chelsea nor did he impress, I saw a few poor shots from Sterling, and here I doubt he will contribute much, on loan it's just a complement to replace Saka, but if Saka is not injured he will still play full time.

This made me remember Dominic Solanke move from Chelsea to Liverpool after his contract wasn't renewed at Chelsea where he got a few game time, though one thing was known at that time that he was a talent and Liverpool gained good from selling him to Bournemouth for £19 million. Though while he took this long to excel in the premier league for his senior career, he really did has an outstanding career as a youth, Liverpool picking Rio Ngumoha would just be even better with they may gain from Solanke while Chelsea is still disappointed in failing to agree a new terms with him, though Liverpool have not spoken about they are to pay Chelsea for him as a compensation fee.
