Marc Guéhi has been a name after whom top Premier League teams have been going recently. You know Liverpool got so close to signing him last summer but they were a bit of late for preparing documents. This time it doesn't look like they will be able to get that lucky. Arsenal or Manchester City would definitely be more convincing places for him. Considering how problematic this season has been for Liverpool...

That's how they gave alot of teams hardon in the last transfer window, then ended up giving him a contract extension, hope this won't the case if this wants to happen. Plus I don't know why Arsenal will want to get Guehi when they have up to 5 players playing CB for them, Man City should have been a better choice since they need that level of experience in there defensive lines. But I don't see Arsenal getting him.

Now that Semenyo reached City, there are talks that Silva will be leaving the club, they are looking for ways to unload him. They want to sell him of course, not really good to just let him go for free, but they are not looking for a lot of money, they are ok with cheap price.
Silva realizes he is not as good as he used to be neither, and he knows that he should be leaving and playing somewhere with lower competition so he can still be great. Not sure where Silva will end up, but I sure do hope he stays in UCL level teams and not go to Saudi league.
Bernardo Silva's contract expires this season, and he'll likely extend it as Pep Guardiola still needs him. I hope he stays at Manchester City for at least three more years, as he's still capable of playing at the highest level, especially since he's been at the club for so long and isn't too old. I hope Manchester City and Bernardo Silva will extend his contract and he won't leave.

What is Arsenal using Guehi to do when they have defensive players already that are doing well for them. What Arsenal need is a striker that will score goals for them since it has become obvious that they bought a flop from Sporting. If their attack was working like their defence they won't be having this challenge they are having right now. Arsenal just want to join the race to make the price for the player go up because it will be that many top clubs are going for him, but we all know that Arsenal don't need Guehi.

I hope Perez won't be so stingy to spend more money to fulfill Xabi's request. I know how thin Madrid's mid position. I know he's doing it right by wanted a proper midfielder to fix a loophole in the squad. I remember several names linked to them, but i expect a new midfielder to come next summer. If Nico Paz is what Madrid can afford to him, hopefulle, Nico will perform. If Nico won't perform like what we expected, the better Madrid to give Xabi a good midfielder to cook the league. They really need someone who can played like Kroos, Modric, Ozil or even Xabi himself in the past. Do you agree? I think Alonso is not in a position right now to demand any new transfers from Perez. At the end of December he had period when he had to win all three matches in order to stay at Real Madrid. Now it seems that things are going better for Real, they confidently beat Betis, and yesterday they defeated Atletico in the cup semifinal. However, Barcelona are still significantly ahead of them in La Liga, and until Real get back into the title race with them, I don't think he will receive any new players, despite the fact that their defense clearly needs reinforcement.

Florentino Perez is one manager who's always asking for results to be delivered as quick as possible but sadly for Xabi Alonso, he's not been as consistent as many expected despite the additions that were made during the summer transfer window. The truth is Real Madrid have been lacking something in the midfield and that's creativity. Most of the midfielders in the team are either defensive midfielders or attacking midfielders. They currently do not have a midfielder that moves like Luka Modric nor is Bellingham replicating the feats of Toni Kroos and that's probably the reason why Alonso wants to sign a player but Perez will always be a man of his word. If he actually said no new player this January, then Alonso will have to make sure with what is at his disposal till the end of the season.v

When Xabi Alonso asked to consolidate his squad, he knows very well that he cannot challenge for any title without reinforcement. We all know how Perez is thinking about such demands and we already knows its outcomes. Xabi will not stay long in Real Madrid once he loses the cup.

If it is then pretty yeah Arsenal and City gonna lead this, those two teams are currently running the front for the trophy so yeah. When Xabi Alonso asked to consolidate his squad, he knows very well that he cannot challenge for any title without reinforcement.
Odds are leaning towards Barcelona as well, not even close at this point. Barcelona is slightly better and in El Clasico, slightly better is not good enough. Barcelona is a team that score 4 goals while conceded 3 goals so yeah Real Madrid actually still have a decent chance Well even if they lose then this means, there is gonna be a whole new players coming in this summer so Im excited

Please, this is your opinion, but in terms of achievements, in his second season Amorim showed an increase or improvement. How long has Arteta taken to make Arsenal slightly better? Arteta came and immediately delivered the FA Cup, precisely 226 days. Of course, this is different from Man United or Amorim. But another problem with Arteta is that he hasn't won the EPL. He always fails, and if I'm not mistaken, this should be the third consecutive season if he fails again this season. I think whoever the coach is, if the club's system doesn't work well, they will always fail.
What do you mean second season?! This season was obviously his first season and the last six months was a continuation from wherever Erik ten Hag stopped. There's a lot difference between the both clubs, we should be talking about the management at some point but whatever you want to discuss is fine. Manchester United management and owners, likewise legends are nothing but complete moronic wankers. They have sent this great club a lot backwards.

Snip.
The reason is that because United doesn't really get people who are usually great for long time. When Mourinho came to United he was good that is true, but most others weren't good for too long, they just did a good job somewhere and then everyone assumed managers were good forever. I have to say, if United wants success, they need to get coaches who have proven success for a long time and not just once, and been doing it at everywhere they go. Like getting Farioli now for example, may look good. Because he is doing good, but has he done great for long time? No he has not, this is the first time, they make moves like that. I would say, pay Louis Enrique 40 million a year if you have to and get him, that type of move. I know that's very tough and probably won't happen, but that's the type of thing they need. Almost all the coaches that Manchester United acquired within the years are coaches that have already achieved great feats before being contracted by Manchester United perhaps that was the reason they were contracted by the club in the first place, coaches like Jose Mourinho, Luis van gaal, Rangnick, Erik Ten Hag etc, these are household names, so you saying most of these coach weren't good enough isn't factual but the main point is that most of the problems that the team is experiencing is as a result of the poor management pattern at the board level and it doesn't seem as if there's going to an improvement soon.

Antoine Semenyo's transfer was a really good addition for Manchester City. He proved himself at Bournemouth and suddenly caught the attention of all the big clubs. Semenyo also made the best choice for himself. He will now compete for a starting spot at City. If he keeps scoring goals, he'll earn his place. City hasn't gotten enough out of its attacking players this season, aside from Haaland. Cherki, Doku and Marmoush have all underperformed. If Semenyo makes the most of his opportunities, he could outperform them all.

The management is the one that allowed something like this to happen. A few unsuccessful transfers turned out to be fatal for the club. When Ferguson left, and that was a long time ago, nothing has been the same since. The club had to move on, and the only trophy was brought by Mourinho, and that was it as far as Manchester United are concerned. It will take time and a lot of changes in the squad hopefully, the old days will return

City proved once again that they are a club that can attract players to want to play there, Semenyo took a wise step by choosing them over arsenal and Liverpool who also wanted his contribution. I just checked that city immediately tied him with a 5-year contract and a lucrative salary, maybe this is also the reason he chose to play at Etihad. I am sure with his quality, he can compete with other City players at this time.

Semenyo's arrival will create competition within the squad. The player who will feel the competition the most is Doku because they play in the same position. Bernardo Silva will also feel the competition, but he is the player Pep wants the most. It is possible that Pep is preparing a long-term project to anticipate Silva's decline by bringing in Semenyo. Regarding Semenyo, playing at the elite level is a matter of suitability, as being at Bournemouth is two levels below being at Manchester City. Bernardo Silva is not playing as good as he used to as he is no longer young anymore, and that clearly affects his performance. Man City only has one chance to get money from Silva, and if the transfer does not take place this January, then Man City will get nothing because it is highly likely that Silva will become a free agent. Man City now has new hope and Semenyo may just bring a new color to their game. But that still needs to be proven, and whether Semenyo will indeed become a man who can make a significant contribution, or whether he will suffer the same fate as Savinho.

Let’s analyze this, I personally think he made a choice depending on what will exactly suit him which to is good to him and two things lure him to the club is actually the wage and also the current status of the club. I doubt any club in the premier league can boast of having better positioning at winning trophies and this was the same case way which Manchester United in the early 2000s were attracting players. If we look at playing time I can gurantee you that he will get more in playing at other clubs than at Manchester City because at city he would have to go and fight it out with other players and it’s not going to be an easy ride because we have see top players come here and not been able to replicate their form. Hopefully this works out perfectly for him

I think Arsenal do need a center back in the caliber of Marc Guehi even though they have already established two central defenders in the likes of Gabriel and William saliba. Arsenals defensive injury crisis this season has really been a thing of concern for them, they almost lost all their defenders to injury and it calls for more reinforcements in that area too and I think Marc Guehi really fits such position well for them. They are already involved in so many competitions this season and they are also fighting so hard to win the premier league and the earlier they start reinforcing their defense line the better for them to have more advantage against man city in the title race.

Amorim was an average Coach, we should stop blaming the management, they provided everything for Amorim to succeed in this club but because he was arrogant to take collection he destroyed himself, first his formation was not working and he was widely critized to Change his formation, he came out openly to say he won't change it.
He was not ready to learn , the management took the right decision by sacking him, we need a coach that will be bold to tell the players their weaknesses and reward hard work, Amorim was playing players that were not inform weekly. He's formation was the same week in week out. Some Players in Manchester United should be playing in the championship, they are not fit to play in Manchester United. The new manager should sell off and buy Players that are hungry to play.
Even I do agree that Amorim was an average coach, we can't say management was blameless neither. Provide everything for him? They got four players, one very semi-decent goalkeeper, and three offensive players. Aside from Mbeumo there is not a single player you can show that is doing great, Cunha? Sesko? Are those "what they can do" for Amorim? This is why he said that he didn't want to be head coach and wanted to be a manager, so that he can decide who should be bought or sold. Now they fired him, so whoever comes next will not make the moves neither. It's clear that United management is terrible too, don't get me wrong I agree that Amorim wasn't great, so they are both equally to be blamed for the results that they got.

Regarding Semenyo, playing at the elite level is a matter of suitability, as being at Bournemouth is two levels below being at Manchester City. I do not see any competition for Jeremy Doku. He will keep his position and role, I see competition for Cherki who doesn't make those deep runs Pep Guardiola wants him to do. Semenyo can play on the both wings quite well, a fit Jeremy Doku and Semenyo will definitely cause problems for defenders because of how technically good they are, strong and also pace. I see that they're advancing the right way with his signature. They are bringing players strong and pacy enough to withstand the league.

Madrid already have many top midfielder players from Jude Bellingham, Valverde, Camavinga, Arda Guller and Aurélien Tchouaméni how possibility Nico Paz can get the one position left at midfielder by removing the top midfielder recently playing well for Madrid in this season. Almost one week more since winter transfer window have been opened Madrid still not sign new players yet and right now focus for Super Spanish Cup final against Barcelona.
It's difficult for Nico Paz because at the moment if he does come back then his competition is with Jude and Arda as playmakers and it will definitely require a great performance because replacing Arda is likely to be difficult especially since Xabi likes this player, replacing Jude is more difficult and he won't think much about returning to Madrid if his position is for the reserves. Nico Paz is also flexible in that he can be deployed on the right as a winger but that position also has Mastantuono and Rodrygo now not to mention a versatile player like Valverde who can be deployed anywhere making the situation more troublesome. I think instead of midfielders it would be better for them to add defenders because currently Carvajal at right-back, Rudiger and Alaba for Center-back are quite old and special attention to Militao whose injuries are always long although currently 2 ACLs do not stop them but do not rule out the possibility of this condition worsening especially now that he is also injured for quite a long time so finding alternative defenders would be better.

You are right to an extent that the problem of Manchester United is caused by the bad decision making of the hierarchy, but we can't exempt the lapse of those managers you made mentioned because they can't say that they are not aware of the poor quality of the team before they took the job, if they discussed with the hierarchy about it and how to improve it, and they weren't given a listening ear, what a manager that really knows his job should be doing is walking away, not staying back and managing players that are not good enough, then when they are performing really bad, they will still be blame for that, so they also have a share of the blame because they didn't take some vital decisions they should have made due to the financial benefits of playing along.
