Poked around with some RE and unpacked it; it's clean. You can decide whether or not you trust me.

Thanks doktor83!
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Hello,
I gave it a go to test the default voltage function. It works well with RX 470 and RX 480. Although the voltage may vary (not much) from the chosen value.

Thank you for doing that, I think this can be very useful especially for newbies.

Maybe you can add a "show advanced" options? If you want to extend the tool I would be happy to be a contributor

Altough it's working, i don't know why it won't "take it down" to the entered value if you are below 1V.
A value has to be changed somewhere more, but atm i don't have enough time to play around.
Setting the desired value and then running WattTool and just pressing "set" at the mem p1 will change it to the desired value.

Have to find what value does that actually change thru i2c.

Actually, sometime it works without touching anything.

This morning my rig rebooted and when I started wattTool, voltage was already set...

Yeah i noticed some XFX cards dont work in watttool, you cant undervolt, but by a happy coincidence i found you can use MSI after burner to undervolt fine

Same goes for alot of ASUS cards as well.  ANy chance your tool will work for these cards ?

So, got some new Sapphire RX470 4GB nitro+. Cards are amazing, 29.8Mh/s. But, like others it seems, there's an issue with undervolting them (they have hynix). The PBE editors 1.4 and 1.4.1 won't show timings properly. Your editor works for the timings, but something doesn't work right with the different P states. The associated voltages are way too high and the offset doesn't seem to work, even though I check with a HEX editor and the offset is indeed set to the value I entered in your editor.

What straps/clocks are you running for that speed ?

1500 strap all the way to 2000.

Memory to 2075Mhz, core at 1125. But like I said, undervolting isn't working properly.

They are the newer ones (red packaging). Stock they do like 21-22, but once you do the strap mod and o/c de memory, they are faster that my 8Gb cards.
