The problem with Newbies is that people could create tens of Newbie profiles in minutes just to cash the airdrop. So you need some ranking to be sure they are real people.
Ah snap, I must admit I did overlook that aspect of it. If you wanna make it members and up thats fine Ill have to bite that bullet and in that regard it is fair. I still think it can be done better overall, and I am open to anything honestly as long as it brings more exposure to this coin! I am not sure how the airdrop system works, I was just having a look but I strongly suggest to give a reward depending on the amount of coins people own, that's the only way of creating a buy pressure at this point.
Try a system similar to Byteball, the most successful distribution we've seen so far.
Mainly whatever increases buy pressure as this poster has stated https://steemit.com/steemit/@rogue91/want-to-make-2-5-profit-every-week[/quote] +1 this is just awesome, keeping getting bitcore out there!

Is 2,5% per balance and 2,5 BTX per address Top 11-1000 a solution?
Kind Regards Christian
Even better just make it 5% or 10% of balance and nothing extra per address. You could also make it so minimum amount is for example 20 BTX (so 5% gives 1 BTX) but drop the top 1000 requirement completely Simply 2.5% for every balance flat + coins for a sig campaign or some like that. Something that brings new users in. Do you want to do that like that here?http://bitsend.info/forums/index.php?topic=155.0Kind Regards Christian No, please!

Nice one I don't really know it, but are sigs and avs really contributing to the process of making BTX better known? I can't really imagine that, but would be glad to convinced otherwise. Wouldn't more tutorials or worms/ransomware, demanding BTX, be the more effecitve way to get the name out there?

thx for airdrop. but it should be % of balance I suggest 10% of balance every month. there is just a lot of BTX available and not claimed... Also you should consider a bittrex listing.

I think only making the airdrop available to certain status members of the forum, which has been suggested by some, is out of line. Just because I have only 8 posts doesn't mean I haven't been a part of BTX since it started or that people like me shouldn't be allowed to participate in rewards because we don't post a lot, or at all. I come to the forums a lot, but mostly just read and keep silent. I've rarely posted, but that doesn't mean I should lose any rewards for mining, holding or purchasing BTX. Ive been a dedicated miner since day 1.

Bittrex listing is currently in the works. I think we are just waiting for a reply.

Make it long and flat and use it to bring new ppl in, using Metcalfe's law better than BYTEBALL did. A Sig Campaign and/or a Community Taskboard that pays you in BTX should work and bring something fresh to the table. Like Multipool = x BTX improved Miner = y BTX and so on A sig campaign would be good, but perhaps the sig campaign should advertise a one-time airdrop on bitcointalk members, to get more people in. But I'd also keep the 2,5% per balance and 2,5 BTX per address Top 11-1000. The more way people have to get coins, the more they'd get intrigued. I'd suggest also some bounties for articles on blogs, videos, and memes promoting Bitcore.

10% montly is like 2.5% weekly, which has already been announced.

The latest airdrop was yesterday. Next one will be next monday. I received mine in the last Airdrop. But did not get anything from yesterday..do I have to sign BTC again everyweek or it is just one time?

I would agree to that but please drop the Top requirements for now. 2.5% and 5 BTX for each address for the next one month or two will be a good outcome and bring lots of new members in the first two months. Then you can switch to the Airdrop based on the Membership as BITSEND did http://bitsend.info/forums/index.php?topic=155.0 starting with "Members". Thanks

I too would prefer that the top 1000 requirement be dropped. A minimum balance requirement to something reasonable is better. Maybe 10 btx minimum?

Just one time, as long as you qualify for the weekly/final airdrop by having coins in your own wallet.

I've seen on blockexporer that now there is also the feature "largest wallets". Would it not be possible, in case you want to keep the top 1000 airdrop, to refer it to the wallets instead of the addresses? It is true that whales could split coins also between wallets, but at least they'd need one computer per wallet, and I doubt that anyone here qwns 100 computers

This https://c-cex.com/?p=btx-btc is really confusing. I just stumbled upon it by googling. What's the normal solution for such naming conflicts, as crpytos have no official institution regulating abbreviations and names. I didn't know the exchange until now. And where does coingecko get it's data from? https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/bitcoreSince afaik cryptopia is the only place to trade btx at the moment, I can't figure out where they would get this data.
