Unbelievably slow, 155 BTX did not appear in my balance after deposit!

All in the same boat, personally this is the last time i use Craptopia. I deposited my BTX 2 days ago and still nothing on balance, still no sync their wallet after 2 days! ( don't try to open a ticket, it is just useless and you will only slow down their support.. i'm waiting my last ticket since January).

So, on 2018-02-23 I sent and amount of 3.8909 from my local wallet to Cryptopia exchange address.

The amount arrived to my Cryptopia deposit address, but was never shown in the exchange web interface. As we can see from the pic below, it was transferred to anothe address in less then 1 hour..

This address is accumulating an amount of more than 100 btx, including the amount from my deposit address.

What could that be?

I have opened a ticked at Cryptopia exchnage, but they explicitly state that the answer is not no be expected before 20 days due to high work load of the suport service.

And the cherry on hte cake is: the address where my amount is gone is registered for the Monday airdrop!

How does Cryptopia explain keeping the deposits at the address registered for the airdrop?

Very simple, they don't.
They don't have official representative here, and only way to resolve this kind of stuff is to have some decent alternative.
Then and only then you can expect something like this to stop happening.

Cryptopia can not process the transaction for more than a week. And support answers for 20 days, OMG. Did anybody have problems with the withdrawal from cryptopia?

Actually yes. I never had so much problems with cryptopia until yesterday, when i made a deposit and after 24h i still can't see it. They don't synchronize their wallet since yesterday, this is incredible. ( still at block 139602 )

Bit-z sucks, they are asking for documents if you want to withdraw not pennies.

Aah, you are right, my mistake, sorry. That is crazy how cryptopia is stucked on a several days old block... the volume is also mostly gone... It is terrible and if we have BTX we cannot sell, the coin has no value

Of course this is not normal. The volume of Cryptopia significantly decreased on all coins. They definitely have problems. I hope the problems is in the their equipment, as they told. I just now withdraw BTC from Cryptopia, everything went in 2 minutes, very fast.

With the Issues like the Cryptopia deposit/withdraw problem, the BTX Team must bannend registered exchange Wallets from the mondays airdrop. So can regular hodler participate at more airdrop rounds and exchanges have no cause to hold back the coins from users.

Ya I mean the vision is literally similar to Satoshi’s white paper with just a few changes here and there... Is it really necessary to recreate the wheel to that degree?
My main issue is more with the lack of formal marketing. Relying on organic growth is more of an issue to me.

if it were me i'd be looking into a marketing push once the airdrop was winding down. a lot of buyers would stay away from a market that's still being distributed. once that's over it's on a more level playing field with everything else.

Im gonna try the crypto bridge for a change. Hitbtc currently works good for me but both hitbtc and cryptopia had some issues in the last. None of them where 100% working as they should
