I think Bittrex require a small payment to add to the exchange. I'll ask in their Slack channel.

I think Bittrex require a small payment to add to the exchange. I'll ask in their Slack channel. No, I think the payment, which was 3 BTC, is only required for promotion on the site. If you have a major coin/token like VERI I'm sure they will do it because the sooner they do the sooner they start making their spread.

My question is - will the floating supply of VERI tokens only ever be about 1 million or about 1% of total supply?
This is about the amount that was issued in the ICO to my knowledge - about 35K ether at 30-1 out of 100 million supply.
My understanding is that the rest of the supply will be sold to institutions directly. Those tokens will then be used by said institutions to purchase research or run smart contracts and not released onto exchanges.
The reason an institution may use an exchange would be to either 1) Sell some tokens because they no longer find them to be useful (bad sign) 2) Buy tokens if they are trading below price of buying directly (which would take additional supply off the market)
Is this logic correct? Any thoughts?
That's a very good question. I think your line of logic is valid but that's a Reggie question. If what you're implying is true that bodes well for us. Kind of like restricted shares on the other 98 million.

Would be great if Veritaseum can publish a final list of all ETH addresses that has VERI, so anyone interested can double check their ownership is true. This does not maintain anonymity as all other ETH addresses are disclosed for all to see in one place.
Or have a simple search system whereby we just key in our ETH addresses to check the VERI we have that Veritaseum's smart contract confirms. This maintains anonymity as we can only search for ETH addresses that we already conveniently know.
Just a suggestion.

http://veritas.veritaseum.com/index.php/18-congrats-and-thank-you-to-all-those-who-participated-in-our-veritas-sale-2" I request that all Veritas holders and all who wish to access VERI or just get more VERI, petition you favorite exchanges to list Veritas (VERI). Don't be afraid to approach the larger exchanges such as Kraken, GDAX, Gemini and Poloniex. We will work if from the managerial side." ***ROUGH DRAFT TEXT*** Greetings, As a Canadian resident representing the positions of family and friends using your Quadriga exchange and as holders of a new token release called VERI, would you please consider exchanging the new Veritaseum Veritas (VERI) token? VERI is an erc20 token running on the ETH backbone. The ICO just ended and is expected to trade on some of the larger US exchanges in the next couple of months. We've looked deeply into VERI. It has a broad and real business plan tied to Ethereum and has been operating publicly since 2012 or so. I encourage you to consider investigating it for yourselves, perhaps you will agree that VERI appears to be a real up and comer. Thank you for the consideration. Trading VERI in CAD would be beneficial. ****************************************************************************

If you used the ICO contract address and not the manual address, you can enter your *Ethereum address you sent from in the below link.. In the Filter By: (* section) and hit apply. It will show how many tokens you have. https://etherscan.io/token/0x8f3470a7388c05ee4e7af3d01d8c722b0ff52374

Reggie,
In case of any comment here makes you feel offended or upset, I want you to understand that: 1. There were ICOs in the past that scammed the investors' money. 2. We invested our hard-earned savings into your project and we don't want to lose our money. 3. We want to know the person/company/project we invest our money in is 100% trustworthy.
Thus, some remark/comment that are too direct may sound offensive but there is not much we can do in protecting our financial interests other than to collect as much information as possible before we send our money. From my own experience, it pays infinitely far more for me to take care of my own financial security than to take care of how the counterparty feels, because if I get scammed by the counterparty, he/she would NOT give a shit about how I feel, or what I might get into from losing my money. So in case you read any nasty/offensive comment in this thread, understand that such comment (as long as it's nothing personal) is a fair one.

Liqui should be able to list quickly, it has listed most of the erc20 tokens after their ICOs have closed. I found a link to POLO https://poloniex.com/coinRequestPoloniex Coin Request /Cheat sheet below:
It's important to add your own comment why you want it added to the exchange What is the name of the coin? *veritaseum What is the coin's symbol? *VERI Please link to the announcement page. *https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1887061.0If the coin has a website, please link it here.http://veritaseum.comIf the coin has a block explorer, please link it here.https://etherscan.ioPlease explain why you would like to see this coin added to the exchange. *add your own info …..If this coin has any significant innovations over other coins, please elaborate on them here.
ERC20 token This should be at the end for anyone checking into help get VERI onto Poloniex! Best of luck my fellow billionaires (trillionaires?)

I have a Ledger Nano hardware wallet and the tokens are already supported . You have to connect to my etherwallet and use the mew function, but everything is handled through the nano. Very safe.. I think any Ethereum wallet thats supports Erc20 tokens will work.

At the end when the ICO seems to be gaining momentum, the ICO later end abruptly, the team should have done better in that regard
