the first 24h completed, it did 3.96 so 0.99 / blade.

Which pool is this on? Seems like some really good luck?

Mine seem to max out around 11.5GH each.. i checked the voltage and they're all at ~1.20-1.23V, clock setting: High

For the people that are seeing 13GH, have you done anything different or tweaked anything in your setup?

is that 13GH on the web blade web interface? or as reported by your pool?

I also noticed a serious difference between slush pool results and bitminter with getwork. Former goes up to 13 GH/s the latter 3 GH/s, while bitminter does report 10 GH/s. So try with a stratum proxy and different pools.

I don't want to fiddle with the overclocking just yet, I'll let a braver man lead the way there.

seems like second auction round blades been shipped overclocked

yes they were.. I can confirm.. every power channel on all 5 of mine was pre-set to 1.20V-1.23V. (measured myself)

Friedcat: if we have sufficient cooling, how high can we go before they start having problems?

It can be pushed to 13.44GH/s with 1.25V, but that's on a test board with a 15MH/s oscillator. The stock board uses 12MH/s (10.752GH/s) and 14.318MH/s (12.829GH/s) and both are fixed oscillators.

anyone here get a blade delivered in the states? i'm organizing a group buy for the USB's and trying to guess at potential customs fees. if you guys could provide any useful info in that regard, maybe the declared price of your blades or something, i'd appreciate it.

i don't post much, but this space for rent.

there was 0 fees

there is an unusual problem with my miner, it works, and sends shares (albeit at a lower rate than it should at about 10 ghs) but all the stats in the miner page are wrong, all the stats besides received and uptime are at 0 and received/ up time go up until uptime hits about 2 minutes and a few seconds, at which point the received and uptime reset and the miner takes a few seconds to send shares again. thoughts? my power supply is a 13.8v 19 amp radioshack one. the wires are braided 12 gauge wires that didn't fit into the power port. since it was braided and the board has 2 holes for positive and negative, i simply seperated the wires into 2 equal sized amount of wires and plugged them into the nessecary slots. (idk if this is a nono)

regardless anyone on irc now? query noitev_ and help me... if not online im either sleeping or driving and really want this fixed

really? excellent!

as to your power thing: ugh. i really hope they put some sort of connector on future blades...

That's fine. You can split or use one. I currently have one but the cables barely fit so I may require and split.

My heatsinks are pretty much too hot to touch even with 120mm on the heatsink and 2xsmalls on the power board. Do you think something is wrong or do I just need even more cooling? 26C ambient, good circulation :/

It sounds like a power problem. I have little knowledge in electronics, but are you sure it is ok to use 13.8volt power supply? The board requires 12v. A safe bet is to use yellow (12V) and black (Ground) cables from any PC power supply.

As for the wiring, someone mentioned here that  "+" "+" and "-" "-" holes are the same and you can run the board with only two cables used. The reason there are four holes is most likely the ease of paralleling power for multiple boards installation.

Argh to add to my heat problems one of the boards rest after 4 hours on high, to 8 hours on low. Clearly not a MASSIVE issue but must be something wrong for it to reset at all. Power cables all nice and cool.

Sounds like you need more fans on it - 3 of mine have been running 19 hours now on High (the other one I keep playing with and rebooting myself)

Thanks. I need to remount these as its pretty hard to get fans on at the moment. You know when he said they need to be vertical, does that mean heatsink going from bottom to top edges, or simply 'not flat on the desk'. Or could I even just have them flat but with a gap underneath? Unsure of the requirements.

I interpreted it as simply not flat on the desk, so some air can get to the ICs on the other side from the heatsink. Mine are mounted with the power/ethernet ports sticking out sideways but I've seen a couple of pics in this thread where they point up and both seem fine.

Please note Friedcat said "The boards reset when there are period of time during which not enough shares are accepted".
I experienced a reset too and I guess it was for this reason and not for a power related problem, since all the 4 blades had a reset at the exactly same time and they are connected to different power lines and different psu.

My gpu miner stopped mining at some point today, around the time one of the blades reset from high clocks to low. However the other one with identical settings didn't - so again I have to assume it was heat. Doubt it was power as it was running full speed for 5 hours, and it reset at about 2pm [hottest time].

Wow that failed, sorry. Also one of the fans provided is leaking fluid and now growling away. What is this tiny 2 pin connector called, might get some more.
