Hello,
I was wondering if there is a formula or a calculator we could use to find out staking info. I want to find out how many coins i need to stake a reward daily and multiple times per day.

currently have 44k coins and getting rewards every couple days.
Try them split them by 5, so each stack would be 8800 coins each.
The reward usually stick to a staking stack, but it splits the stack rarely.
Check coin control and combine the stack if it was split under a stack of 5000 coins.
Split the stack with 8000 to 10000 coins again if each stack grows big.
A bigger stack doesn't get bigger reward necessarily, but staking reward comes less frequently if the stack is too small(>5000?).

Go to Settings - Display and check Display coin control features
Go to Send coins and you will see there is Inputs... box.
Click Inputs then choose List mode
See how many stacks of coins and how many coins in each stack.
I think it will be easier to explain if I see how your coins are divided(or not).
Can you post a capute of your coin control in List mode?

Hi guys,

I am new to staking.

Recently I tried to run staking of Condensate coins through its wallet on a desktop.
It was running OK all the while until the computer gets restarted by itself.

When I re-launch the wallet, I am getting the below error message.

Quote
Assertion failed!

Program C:\{folder directory}\Condensate-qt.exe
File: src\kernel.cpp, Line 370

Expression: pindex->pprev||pindex->GetBlockHash()==(!fTestNet?hashGenesisBlock : hashGenesisBlockTestNet)

I tried to google and found most of the suggestion would be to backup the "wallet.dat" file in the AppData folder. After the backup, proceed to delete the entire rain folder from the AppData folder, and relaunch Condensate-qt.exe.

Is this the correct way to do it?

Thanks for advise.

Yes backup your wallet.dat (always do it, for all coins you have).
Delete all your files except the wallet.dat and run the condensate-qt.

Thank you sir. I managed to re-launche the wallet and it is currently sync-ing.
But the wallet shows 0 unit balance from what I have in my wallet previously. Is this normal?

Is it that the staking units that I have previously will show up again after it has successfully sync-ed with the network?

Yes and yes.
It is sync'ing from last year, so your transaction does not exist yet.

Sorry for being a little daft, but where would that rain folder be on a mac?

I put it into the folder under show package contents, but that doesn't seem to help much there. Which location is the correct one?

Obavijest, mind tending to this?

Also, the whitepaper is complete, no? Why the delay in public release?
