Agree, but I will wait, look at XEL when it hit exchange the price drop was big, think the same can happen with Bismuth

I think you can find some to buy on slack or https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1898984.0

Unfortunately mining soil is not being profitable, is it normal to take 5 days and not get a single block of Bismuth? Can Pool Mining be an alternative? Unfortunately I joined Bismuth late.

Could you please share what CPU are you using?  Roll Eyes waiting 5 days for a block is actually not that bad I'm currently using my CPU to mine other coin but I may give this one a try.

What's to prevent a miner from including their own private dice transaction when hashing a block, then withholding the block if it doesn't result in a win for them? Provided there is more to gamble than the block reward, only releasing a solved block half the time (the half where they win) would still be more profitable.

I realise it's not the only component of the network, but the dice game is included in the ANN, so it would be good to know if the devs have considered things like this.

Just some numbers to share;

Orange PI PC reaches 160kh/s and the Odroid XU4 reaches 800kh/s with some minor tweaks ;-)

Yes, this has been considered and deemed unlikely to exploit

Hey, minimum payout is 0.1 bis, after the upgrade was updated shares.db too so need to clear old data. After pool will find block there will be info about payout.

http://pool.bismuth.online/ needs more hash power, threw some miners on it but from what I noticed it hasn't found any blocks for quite some time.

Looks like the other pool by euroline and solo miners are mining most blocks.

Just wondering is there anyway to see the total network hashrate?
