Hi, can you send a screenshot? I'll pass it on to the developer.
Until we saw such a problem, our test miners worked well.
I started this miner when I was at 17 shares on the website. It still says 17 shares and I've got 5 on the PC.
https://ibb.co/jGbYUR
Pool diff is 90. With a "small" hash power you may wait a long time (several minutes or hours) to get a single share at that diff. So we also display shares at diffculty 81.
So you can see that the mining Miner works well. You can also compare the performance of eggminer and bis-pool miner by the number of тshares @ 81 per hour or minuts.

I am getting shares and they arent showing up on the website, thats the problem. I have a friend with a single video card on your pool and his shares show up instantly on the site. Mine are still stuck at 17, while I know for sure I received over 50 shares yesterday that didnt show up. I think theres no justification for a 10% fee on bis-pool.net. There are clearly issues with share counting and payouts. I shouldn't have to be mining to get my payout from shares I found when I was mining. If you want to get more hashrate on the pool the fee should be lower to encourage people to join.

We have studied your problem. This is not the actual version of the miner. As you rightly noted, other users do not have such a problem. Try downloading the current miner and making sure of it.
http://bis-pool.net/downloads.html
At the moment, everything is fine with the calculation and payments.

Trying current miner now, file size is in fact different. I will update when I see results.

Update - I notice I finally got a payout when I wasn't mining.

I have been mining with the latest miner all morning on one gpu to test, I have received 3 shares. Worker is not showing up on the pool at all now.

i think (and hope) when BIS gets their wallet tech sorted (as does cryptopia) this thing should do veryyyyyyyy well....already hit 6 bucks, no reason it can't beat that in future.  Cool

when wallet back online?  this dip is perfect buy opportunity!!!!  Cool

After the RPC is done, there should be no issues on the cryptopia exchange, also we can apply again for bittrex and other exchanges, coz it will be more easy to implement and handle Bismuth with the RPC set in place.

May I suggest adding version numbers to your miner so it's easier to tell if it has been upgraded. Also I seem to be one step backwards now because now my hashrate no longer shows up on the site. Before just my shares weren't showing up.

I have mined many different coins, never with this much trouble.

As many of you already know we have some serious problems with cryptopia deposits/withdraw, we are working with their team to resolve this issue asap and of course we will keep you posted about the current cryptopia.co.nz exchange situation.

Biggest Cryptopia issue is support tickets load and here are 2 main reason which lead to this situation:

-one part of the issue has to do with the fact that Bismuth uses entirely different protocols than the clones, and a few things have to be adjusted to alleviate pressure on the support team, like a transaction id. We are working hard on resolve this issue by implementing RPC (Remote Procedure Call) read more about RPC here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Remote_procedure_call

-the other half of the support issues arise from the users not reading and sending deposits to cryptopia without a message or with a fantasy one. The block explorer will evolve to ease transaction and message checking.
For that matter *Pls add your message, when you transfer coins to cryptopia*, it is shown to you above your bismuth address when you go through the deposit-assistant on cryptopia exchange.

There is no ETA but should be implemented soon as this is our main priority right now.

For anyone who is having wallet and transaction issues. Why don't you just use the regular wallet instead of the web wallet?

I would specify this a little. There was a mempool attack on Bismuth but I could not see the purpose until it was too late and transactions got lost by getting stuck and outdated. Mempool has been patched since.

I'm still sorry I didn't buy Bismuth when it was below 10k sat! Will we soon see these prices again? It would be interesting because I can't miss the train, however, whenever BIS returns from a stop at Cryptopia, prices go up! Undecided

One trading resumes, put an order at 10k and I’ll personally fill it for you when I unload.
