In my country I have not seen any TV commercial as well. But it would be great idea to do that. Instead of advertising bitcoin you could make a documentary about it or may be a serial of short episodes to let people know in deep what's the bitcoin all about. That way you can attract many people at once from the one family itself. If something is getting aired on TV then that gains value and visualisation gets more customer attracted. Most of the people understand documentaries clearly because it is always in detail. That's also good option as well.

Have you ever seen gold or diamond got advertise on TV ?
I don't think so , because IMO investing is people's choice and when people hear investment, there will be a risk upon them so even though bitcoin got advertise on TV in will not bring exposure. Advertise on youtube may be a better choice

I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?
I think if bitcoin advertise on t.v many people got interest to use bitcoin becuase many people now a days didnt believe in bitcoin and many people dont know all about bitcoin so ithink if bitcoin advertise on t.v , bitcoin become feymous so much .

Similarly to how programmatic is changing the way TV advertising is bought and sold, blockchain may revolutionize programmatic by opening it up to more publishers and advertisers and by further streamlining monetary transactions.

It is a good thing if someone will make an ads of bitcoin in tv but the problem is it is not yet legalize and there is no one that want to spend their money to make an ads of bitcoin to show on tv because even in our country bitcoin is not yet that popular so they think it will just a waste of money.

in a lot of ways I think that seeing an advertisement for any cryptocurrency on television is the ultimate barrier and the difference between something accepted as professional like gold and something that's a hidden internet secret like Bitcoin, Stephen Hawking however had a particular view of the universe when we sent the Voyager probes out in fact he said "if you're alone in the jungle at night is it really wise to call out?"

I tend to think the same way when it comes to cryptocurrency if we were Hidden and only now getting regulated by government authorities after over five years of autonomy I think that it's a good thing nobody has taken the steps to put cryptocurrency into the mainstream yet and I honestly hope nobody calls out into the jungle just yet.

In my country, although not legally Bitcoin, but every week there is always a program dedicated to the Bitcoin market, this does not attract many investors but shows that my government is very interested in the market cryptoucurrency .

yes it can be, many people will get interested on it, now i have seen so many campaigns or many ads in different social media now, and it reaches millions of people all over the world, and i thought it will be a very big help in that case, many people will be happy for that too, and in that case many investors will invest in bitcoins and the demand will continues to grow in different countries.

Maybe in future,TV can be good media to reach wide range of possible bitcoin users but running tv ads will cost so much and nobody want to pay those money from their pocket.

There will be no any incentive for the one who will pay for those ads. However I think we may see some tv ads in near future from bitcoin related local services in few countries to promote their services.

actually a television advertisement if it's run locally and it's relatively short can be very inexpensive, I honestly don't believe it's a matter of nobody wanting to pay the cost out of pocket it's simply that no Central Authority exist for Bitcoin in there for nobody has anything to gain by promoting it on television. that being said there are obvious advantages and disadvantages to promoting it in such a way, but it's obvious that because we don't see a bunch of local region Bitcoin ads which cost literally less than $5,000 for a month of running, that people don't see a monetary advantage in spending out of pocket to raise awareness about cryptocurrency. I guarantee you however you're going to see bitpay coinbase and possibly even PayPal with Bitcoin commercials in the future it's just a matter of Regulation getting in place before the major companies take it that far.

It was really nice if bitcoins will be advertise to the entire world using t.v. but then the price of endorsing in every station is very high. In some other point it will be also possible in ico's that are very famous and sold a lot of their coin because it will be very easy for them.

For me it would be a bad idea if bitcoin will be advertised for sure our government will know more about this business and since we are not paying any taxes they will be alarmed but on the other hand it will be nice because it will encourage new users and possibly value of BTC will go up.

I don't think this will work that way. No TV channel would advertise bitcoin as they may face legal actions.

As a lot as Bitcoin has been a whole lot of entertaining and created most of us on below abundant beyond abundant, it is not that dawn of the age of aquarius, it is a service and a generation that will have its place and that is that.  The most use will likely appear from some of the coins created based mostly on Bitcoin, with some tinkering carried out to far better in shape the "gotta have it now" technology of gluttons.

If bitcoin going to be advertised it should be a big company that accepts bitcoin as their main payment processor or a huge company that accepts bitcoin as one of their payment processors, companies like namecheap or amazon can do that , because it is not cheap to advertise on television especially if it is on national tv.
