I am an investor in EOS, I would like to know if there is any update that may come to increase the price of EOS. Another question I would like from know we can consider EOS as a silent currency?
There is block.one team members on January 13th for the first EOS Seoul Meetup. Should bring some more Korean investors abroad.

Only the ICO was held on ETH the new EOS blockchain will go live this summer. This is the reason for everyone asking about registering their address. Just before the new blockchain goes live the erc20 tokens will be swapped for tokens on the EOS blockchain ETH can barely handle the traffic volume it has now (crypto kitties) let alone the traffic that is going to be happening when all the new dapps go live. We are anticipating many Dapps switching to the EOS blockchain because of the multi threading possibilities

Why is EOS showing brutal price decrease like lots of other coins today(dash, zcash, btg, qtum, etc.)? I know bitcoin's price is decreasing but it seems that there is something else, specific to these coins...

Well, its amazing how EOS has broken the $10 USD mark by now. I really didnt think that this would happen this fast, but its amazing. Im glad that I did buy some more on the ICO some time ago. Im convinced that 2018 will be the year of EOS!

EOS is going through a normal period of structuring in the market, we should not judge, or blame a specific fact, I believe that the fall in prices comes from investors strong with the intention of buying cheaper and so move prices. Let's hope to touch the support line, if breaking down is time to buy.

They have been running a daily 2,000,000 token distribution cap. So basically that figure of tokens is split between all participating in that days distribution cap. e.g. today at the moment of writing there is 1,676 ether in the pot, so everyone would get 1,193 EOS per ETH. It fluctuates, some days are better than others in terms of how many people contribute. After 350 days, that will be all the tokens distributed. We are at day 200. Alternatively you can take the market price on any Exchanges which will be based on how many EOS have been distributed so far.

EOSIO will be the first **Turing-complete smart contract platform** because it is capable of executing long-running autonomous processes. This is made possible by eliminating gas and enabling transactions to schedule continuations of execution. It will be more expensive in middle of 2018, so although the price of EOS is down right now always be relax due to the blockchain of EOS will launch on june 1st 2018.

I have a semi technical question about smart contracts on Eos. They will exist as compiled wasm on the blockchain which is not human readable. How can one read them? Will source code be included or visible on the blockchain? Will that simply be a choice for developers - whether to make source code public or not?

We are anticipating many Dapps switching to the EOS blockchain because of the multi threading possibilities well, eth will also have multi threading (p.e. sharding) and a scalling of app. x10000. not saying eos will not rock, but they will share the same market. btc is different, its a commodity and currency with second, third and fourth layers on it, in the future.

Will EOS support different programming languages? Like Java, c+, c++, python, & all kinds of languages? Or just a few?

Anyone got any updates as to where ETH is with their scaling? They’ve mentioned plasma and sharding but is this still a long way off?

What is actually the distinguishing features between EOS and Ether? What is EOS advantage over Ethereum? I'm just thinking around because of the recent rally around EOS that has impacted on its value.
EOS and Ethereum in many ways is like Windows vs Mac. They are taking very different approaches to the same problem. I support both projects, I believe some of EOS's scaling solutions look really interesting and I suspect that the platforms will appear to different projects for different reasons.
