this settings are for RX Vega 64/56 only ... to amd.txt

And why do you offer this, if our problem is not with vega but with 580?

Is there Light wallet for Sumokoin? I don't have enough space on my SSD and whole wallet is installing everything on my SSD-C: drive.
Why I can't choose installation directory?

My OS is also on small ssd, but I got several full node wallet for several coins. I just moved all big blockchain folders to a hdd and created symlinks for them on ssd.

Some crap going on with Sumo calculators or Sumo itself, Difficulty low, reward the same, and every day profit drops. WTF??? Also Rx480 8GB Samsung is new king of Crypto Heavy algo 1k h/s per card. Vega sucks with modified algo.

How do you get this? My 480 8Gb samsung is giving around 400.

Hi,

Mining on old 280x GPU rig.

Earlier I've got almost 500h from one card.
But now with SRBminer get <400h.

Is it normal?

But now with SRBminer get <400h.

Is it normal?

I haven't read last few pages here on Sumo forum so I am not fully up-to-date but started mining today again with xmr-stak 2.4.2 version
and I see my cards perform much worse. I used to get 2.7kH/s with my rig, now only 1.9kH/s which I guess
is the result of latest changes in the code so I guess it's normal. I played with the intensity values in config but going too high(above 700)
the cards don't mine at all.
At least the network hashrate seems to have been quite low for the last few days, which is why switched back to SUMO.

I'm interested in using SumoEasyMiner seems interesting to start, but I'm not sure if it's really safe?
I saw some of my friends mining this altcoin and profitable

Hi folks,
I need a little help with my macOS High Sierra GUI wallet.
After I downloaded the latest version it's stuck on "syncing" 116524.... any idea how to fix this?

Find and delete the lmdb folder. Then restart your gui and let it sync from scratch

Hi guys,

just tested with current XMR-Stak after hardfork. With my GTX 1060 3GB cards, I get about 10% lower hashrate together with about 6% higher power consumption.
Anyone who can confirm this or am I doing sth wrong and the hash rate should be the same as before?!?

Best regards

Stefan

It is safe, but it is not updated for our new PoW aglo yet. Please use xmr stack or xmrig until Sumo's mineris up to date

Yes, but Monero also changed the algo and the hashrate did not change. So without knowing how exactly Cryptonight Heavy was changed, I cannot tell whether 10% less is what can be expected or whether it should be better, that's why I asked Smiley

crytonight-heavy is using 4M blocks (cryptonight heavy) instead of 2M blocks (monerov7).
Hashrates dropped by 20-30% except for RX570/RX580 8gb variants (I am unsure why this is the case while Vegas have dropped performance.  Perhaps difference in HBM2 vs GDDR5)

That's a nice HBM clock you have there!

With Stak-XMR set intensity to 1008/904, worksize 4 or 8, strided index 2, mem chunk 8 or 16. Should get you over 1500H/s
https://www.upload.ee/image/8299205/memchunk16.PNG

Or use SRBminer, really easy to set up and only 0,85% dev fee. Dual threads and intensity 60 nets also 1500H/s
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3167363.0

Weird thing with my Vega is that I have to restart the miner several times until the first hashrate reports are above 1500, then it stays like that...

What are the clocks and voltages?

Sorry, did not notice your question before.
1407/1100, edited powerplay tables from hellae. Main monitor is connected to 280x but Vega64 has one connected also. Here is an example, been running rock steady +-5H/s:
https://www.upload.ee/image/8305523/SRB.PNG

Edit: just noticed from my screenshot that I've had 1 error, it is not reported on the pool side though...

I see thanks for sharing.  You've it at 969mV on load at those clocks. You might want to check the power consumption levels.
Mine was at 881mV and I didn't change that for cn-heavy.  Clocks are higher tho using Adrenalin drivers than BC (at similar voltages)

Changes for me:

GTX 1070s went from ~630 H/s to ~660 H/s (memory oc'd to 4 GHz; core @ 1.9 GHz)
RX 570s went from ~700 H/s to ~575 H/s (BIOS timing mod; memory oc'd to 2.4 GHz; core uc'd to 1.1 GHz)
Rig using 900W total compared to previous 1100W
Using xmr-stak (latest) w/ Ubuntu 16.0.3

What's your 1070 settings?

Anyone else with 1070s, can you please share optimal settings. Thanks!
