Weeks before the quoted posts I had no dividends for my buildings. Also one of the buildings is 2 floors, but it's shown 1 floor in the description. It's also shown 80 sqm, but it's actually 84 sqm. Room height and Building height are also wrong. In IRC CK public chat I was told by rpietila, that a new game design will fix my dividends and buildings problems, but that never happen. I was not able to play without dividends till then, but I'm still able to login. I think that admins could fix the buildings and future dividends, but not the missing past dividends. I'm selling my character (Ernak) and all its belongings if there's someone to buy it. I'll wait for proposals at least two weeks before selling it. Attached are screenshots of the belongings.

Something is off. The changelog shows 8 properties swept in, but only 4 sold. Those unsold still show as owned by the Swipe character.

Nevermind. The log is very confusing, showing a transfer of 0 items of that type (so no transfer), and there's another bug in the labelling, but I think it's actually OK.

Edit: https://cryptokingdom.me/land/lot/details/743 shows as own by the swipe char, but is likely owned by avitohol's heir (not sure who, as the changelog doesn't want to find dead people so I can check)

Fund raising for Gringotts is going very well, further auctions will continue weekly.

The manager position for Gringotts is still vacant. To interest the best possible candidates, it is best to wait for complete resolution of the b1 situation first, and to know whether the official depository will re-open before proceeding further.

As mentioned previously, my preference is to have the manager make all operational decisions themselves, they will run their own shop, and thus, they will keep all withdrawal fees.

My return will come from market making only.

WOOD was given as a 1:1 ratio for SCI given to the Shipping Research Quest with KingCorp receiving 3600, Goin2mars receiving 600, Moneromoo receiving 300, and Tombot receiving 100. Thanks again for the time and patience in getting us to the shipping age.

Going forward, every Sunday a WOOD DIVidend will paid to PRE owners at a 4:1 ratio.

There will be a shipping game that will be coming, but atm all you can do with ships is build and speculate. Players are welcome to find uses for ships while we wait--the shipping game will likely be after the Clan's implementations, so it may be a few weeks, or more.

Will Gringotts be trading other items as well, or just deposit shares?

I've always thought having the main market maker account controlled by the GM, who is also the largest CK whale was a bad look. If Karl Hungus sells off his characters and takes over as the game liquidity provider for the most heavily traded items it would remove the previous 'perception' of possible conflict of interest, and that's got to be good for the Game.
