Ya, I have spent all afternoon trying different pools.  Nothing real stable yet.

Yeah, all this downtime and time spent looking for pools, maybe it's better to go solo after all..

If some people need a working p2pool node, PM me with your IP information (IP of your workers of course).
I can add you to my node (100mbits dedicated EU server).

I just don't want to make it public because I got trouble doing so before.

Quick question: is it possible to loose cCHNCoin ?
I tried to send CHNCoin to a bter and after half an hour I do nat have any confirmation in my qt client ?
Right after, I tried to send my coin, my client was not responding and crashed. Is it possible it bugged and I lost what I sent ?

Thanks

The client probably crashed before the transaction was broadcast.

Now your wallet shows the coins as spent, when in reality they are not spent as the transaction was never broadcast.

3 ways to fix:

1. Use the backup of your wallet (You did backup your wallet right???) to restore the wallet to a state before the bad transaction.

2. You can try a -rescan option during start up

3. Use Pywallet to remove all the transactions in the wallet and force a hard rescan.

My first time mining an scrypt based altcoin, got a question.  I have my GPU's tuned to the max without HW errors and I am making good coin, but I keep getting "Rejected ... (Job 'xx' not found).  Does anyone know if I can tune something in cgminer for that?  Or is it just because the pools are flaky?  I tried setting the queue to 0 and that did not help.

Got to say, despite the gimmicky pump and dump hype surrounding new alt coins recently, the fast transaction times really are awesome...

I never understood why people made fun of faster transaction times. Like what you want "transactions times in seconds?"

Ohh yeah actually yes, I'm sure merchants want to wait around 4 fucking hours, or even 3 minutes to have transaction approved or not. Sorry customer have a sit in our digital currency waiting area.

Shit needs to be within seconds.
