I was wondering, do you have any specific action in plan which you can share with us, when funding will be complete and you will gain additional financial resources? What will be your priority then? Increase in marketing? Boosting the development? Or something else?

Do not misunderstand, I have complete trust in the team and I'm not worried that money would be badly spent. I'm just curious about the further course of actions, mostly because I'm really excited about the future of DNotes and have really high hopes for the project, considering the vision and dedication of the team

Not to worry, those are great questions. Depending on how much we raise in this first round will determine what course of action is next. Alan may elaborate a little more on the topic, but generally speaking, will ramp up all of our efforts. The most important thing will be to begin our Reg A+ Mini-IPO, which there will be a significant cost in legal and marketing. The second most important thing will be to start hiring and finding just the right people to fit into our organization. Ramping up our development team and efforts towards the goals in our white paper. As well as building out and expanding everything we have already done in a smaller scale to a larger scale, such as DCEBrief, DNotesVault, what CryptoMoms will evolve into, Four pillars.

Whoo that sounds nice Can't wait too see what the future months will bring I'm sure that you will put those funds to good use. Especially with grater marketing budget I think that DNotes will be able to reach wider audience nad bring in even more investors and supporters.

The interesting thing in this case is that there will never be a shortage of things that we can find that we could spend the money on. We have a very diverse range of projects that we want to complete, but as always, with a finite amount of funding, we must choose those projects that are of the highest priority to our ecosystem's development. I would expect Alan would be the best person to elaborate further on this topic, but in many cases I would think it fair to say that core development of our currency, and of course the fundraise would take absolute priority as Joe has pointed out. Developing our core properties so that they are out of pilot and into full-scale release would be high up the agenda list, as would anything that could generate early income for DNotes Global -- as further generated income works massively to the advantage of a startup, and further increases our capabilities to develop other areas of the ecosystem.
