There are a lot of competition about gambling platform therefore they need to compete, with the status now it seems they are not competing because we are not seeing it trading above ICO price. I know it's still too early, so I think giving them a chance to prove is good.

Did you participate in the ico or where part of any bounty campaign.?

If it was for the signature campaign, then you need to check your investor profile on trueflip dashboard for the number of tokens to reflect and pm trueflip for manual processing of tokens to your wallet.
