I understand that the PBT token is compatible with ETH wallets.  Can I use MyEtherWallet to buy a PBT token and receive it in that same wallet?  Or do I need to set up a WAVES wallet too?

I think so, let's see after ICO ends. Thinking in advance is good but then we need to participate as long as ICO not end. UTC 12:00 will be the start and i know they will make it faster. After this ICO ended they will distribute their token among investors. I will expect that they will distribute it to all investors as well as the participants.

It's a "first come, first served" type of situation. So to get tokens, it's best to be there earlier rather than later

Now you issue 1000 tokens, which means on average each of your site will be able to accommodate 200 persons, if they choose to use your space. From the picture I see, there's no such capacity in your current office in Neatherland. Explanations?

The hubs Primalbase wishes to open, and including the Amsterdam office, in general will consist of approx 2000 sq meters of space.

That's a nice plan, hoping that my money will come in june 26 or before token sale, i want a instant property or unit. This is a huge project and want to be part of it, is the project will build a apartment ? then make it for rent, so that who had pbt also will make some money for there unit?

There are no plans for private spaces like apartments at the moment. The focus is on workspaces for tech community and workspaces in general. Future plans may incorporate other types of spaces such as event spaces and restaurants.

Could you please direct me to the link on blog or website, where the financial model of how the project plans to implement the idea and how when what CFs and ROI are expected. Thanks
