I deposited 0,15 BTC to Chipmixer.com and when I wanted to mix them it says NO CHIPS LEFT.. that means the service is not working???!!!
It's working... as far as I know they just run out of chips at the moment.

Quote
No chips withdrawn. Go back to step 2 and withdraw your chips.

Could somebody please tell me HOW I get my btc out of this site step by step?? 48h is ticking.. hope it doesnt dissapear after this???
Quote
Deposit All Chips
Takes all unspent chips, gives voucher to withdraw them later (visible at step 3)
do exactly as instructed, go back to step 2 "Mix" and get voucher instead (if you want)
or you can extend your session while waiting for them to replenish the chips.
I suggest you to just get the voucher code now and redeem it later, so you don't have to worry about extending your session
you can start another session later (when chips available) and use the voucher code as your deposit

Dont understand HOW can you deposit BTC when there is NON CHIPS? This is not good!! How long time for refill???

It does not usually take long for them to restock on chips. From what I have seen in terms of response times to request for more chips, it usually takes no longer than a day for ChipMixer to reply; I assume less to actually refill the chips. If they changed the session times already then that means that you have an entire week to get it sorted out plus more if needed (but it really shouldn't be the case). As long as you have the voucher available you should be fine; just make sure not to lose your session.

The signature campaign posters adding useless redundant fluff to their posts to reach their minimum word count are lowering my IQ.

We are currently out of chips. They will be replenished soon.
Based on deposit pattern, there was a new bitcoin fork.

could it be Phase 2 Distribution UnitedBitcoin UBTC?

I don't quite understand their distribution rule or pattern,
but this could be the fork that cause the recent surge of mixing and withdrawing chips

Quote
This will be a fork of the Bitcoin blockchain, 1:1 ratio of active addresses, manual distribution of inactive addressess followed by the first cross-chain distribution of supported cryptocurrencies after January 3, 2018.

Chip pool partially replenished. You can redeem your voucher now.

could it be Phase 2 Distribution UnitedBitcoin UBTC?
Maybe. This short-sighted money grab of bitcoin forking makes long-term damage to bitcoin.

I agree with this completely. The abundance of all these forks is just creating a confusion here and there and distort established services like this. Sooner or later you start seeing request of when ChipMixer will support a particular fork and the question is, how many times in a month do you want to do that?. In the long run we might not even know which one is the right bitcoin and people would not even need to work or trade to even make extra effort to earn bitcoin via what they do, all that is needed is just to keep tab of recent forks and claim my free money.

I think its high time service providers took a definite stance on this.

I think its high time service providers took a definite stance on this.
Most weird forks are only traded on equally weird exchanges. Once there is enough demand from users, other exchanges add them too.
I've predicted it months ago already: as long as forks are profitable for the creators, they'll keep coming. Just like altcoins, just like ICOs, this is just the next step. Hype a fork, premine 100,000 coins for yourself, and once people start buying it, you make tens of millions of dollars profit! Then, just like any ICO nowadays, you just pull the exact same trick on the next fork and profit even more.
This will only stop once Bitcoin users stop caring, but since it creates an "if I don't do it I lose out on free money"-feeling, people will keep using forks. I too can barely keep track of all the forks nowadays, but not claiming them means I lose money.

Now, back to mixers: be very careful when you claim forked coins, any transaction on any forked chain can link all involved Bitcoin addresses together, and this can compromise the privacy you're so carefully guarding when you use ChipMixer!

Looks like "Bitcoin Forks" is the new ICO mania.

I found this site that lists a lot of the new BTC shitforks: http://forks.net/list/Bitcoin

Bitcoin Hot, Bitcoin Pizza, Bitcoin God... It never ends. And even though many of these are nothing more than shitcoins, it still gives a reason for many people trying to "exploit" ChipMixer for profit.

Call me one of the rare users, but I treat forks like I treat shitcoins. The only one I ever cashed in claimed was Bitcoin Cash. I know it’s free money, but realistically speaking, I can’t be asked to keep track of all the forks and claim my free Bitcoin. I guess my tune will change if any of them become profitable and sustainable enough to actually give a shit lol

We have introduced some changes that may require explaination.

1. We have extended session expiry timer from 48h (2 days) to 168h (7 days).
Reason - mining fees are higher than usual and many transactions are delayed. We are testing how it will affect our service usage.

2. We are introducing new chip 8.192 BTC (8192 mBTC) and we are increasing one-confirmation chip dispensing from 10 BTC to 20 BTC.
Reason - there are lots of high deposits that get multiple 4 BTC chips.
Increasing one-confirmation limit means our recommended per-session limit is increasing to "under 20 BTC".

3. We are increasing minimal deposit amount from 0.001 BTC (1 mBTC) to 0.004 BTC (4 mBTC) and blocking withdrawal of 1 and 2 mBTC chips.
This requires longer explaination. Current mining fees are almost 1 mBTC and sweeping smallest chip result in getting almost nothing. This results in situations like this:
https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/tx/5151e688f5ad2410cf92dc142dfc114d3a4ff4090f14082ffa0a33dc967a46ec
This is an example of burning 33 mBTC to receive almost 8 mBTC.

What will happen if somebody deposits 3 mBTC? They will receive chips that can be split/merge/bet/donate but not withdraw. They can be exchanged for voucher to be used with another session.
What will happen if somebody deposits 5 mBTC? They will receive 4 mBTC chip that can be withdrawn and 1 mBTC chip that can be exchanged for voucher.

Hopefully it will lower the wasteful sweep transactions.

4. We are reintroducing commonized chips (0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 4 and now 8 BTC). We will keep them restocked.
Reason - when we introduced them they did not had a lot of customers and we were getting out of normal chips often. We have had a lot of requests on support to reintroduce them again.

Gotta admit, I didn't notice the expiry time for the session, I just backed my key, and logged on a while later to see there were no coins.
Although it's stated on the website after I contacted ChipMixer they have decided to give me a 60mBTC voucher to use on the website (the amount I lost).
So, kuddos to ChipMixer Smiley

Looking for a signature campaign.

Interesting observation - after disabling withdrawal of 1/2 mBTC chips most customers prefer to donate / bet their small chips than get a voucher and merge them to get bigger chip.

I would not be surprised if they were. Imagine how easy it would be to just set up a site (I have never heard of those sites in my life) and post articles linking to your own clone web pages in order to make effortless money. It is easy to do and there is little to risk, especially on the Tor network. The best chance you have at knowing you are at the real website is the security certificate (and make sure you connect through HTTPS) as well as using only the official links provided through an official means of communication (i.e. this thread). You cannot even trust Google on this, as when you look up ChipMixer on their search engine, one of the sponsored results is a scam website that is not owned or related to the official ChipMixer website. It is simply another clone page.

EDIT: To clarify and as ChipMixer said, just connecting through HTTPS is not enough to know it is the real site. What I meant was that ChipMixer's official site makes you connect through HTTPS, so if you don't then you're looking at the wrong site. You must also make sure to use the official URLs, of course.

The signature campaign posters adding useless redundant fluff to their posts to reach their minimum word count are lowering my IQ.

Google now shows advertising for .co and .pro, both fake of course. I am very disappointed Google allows scamsites to keep advertising, despite being reported to them!
