hehe I was saying exactly the same thing when I bought my just-released 1070 on July 2016!
Ethereum was under 1€ six months ago and when I got the card and looked into the mining business, ETH was over 10€... "ha! overated" I though, "it's too late to start now" I though.
I could be making about 0.2 ETH every day though!

I haven't invested my whole fortune in cryptocurrencies, but what I've invested, I'm holding it forever. And even if I make just 1€/day/1080ti, I'll keep mining.

I think it's not the best option, 1080ti is specialized in zec mining, so the risk of one algo is very high. If something happens with zec, 1080ti becomes less profitable comparing to amd cards (rx570). I mean the outcome in hashes per spent usd.

What makes you think that 1080Ti is specialized in ZEC mining? GPUs are not specialized. They are nor ASICs. Being profitable on a coin is much different than being specialized on a coin. There are variety of mining algorithms you can run on that card.

The competition in the miner market has increased, and if I spread my work for free with a fee, the competion will just exctract my gpu code, protect it bether, put their own fee on it and steal my work. Bigger farms will protect their investment bether. Bad for the community because you got a few farms who will harvest all the profit, and the smaller miners will be pushed over to the non profitable coins.

This is a bullshit argument, if a dev wanted to steal your gpu code they'd just pay you the .05 btc and steal it and make much more than the .05 btc it cost them to steal it.
