Will civic expect to allow us to SELL our data, potentially?  Is this on the roadmap?  I was just contacted by a new ICO to do just that but it seems like civic would be the best place for it should have thought of that already

What kind of data are you referring to? Personal data like browsing preferences, browser history, search engine usage etc? I have not heard of such a feature from civic. But same as you I have read about two projects by now that are aiming at this.

Once Civic swaps to the blockchain of RSK you will need to store the tokens in another wallet I suppose.

Its currently on nice accumulating zone. ICO price was around 5000 satoshi when there was alot of fud in market and btc was at 2000$.
