The "cap" is $22.5M

On the Token sale, we have 30,000,000 tokens for this sale at .75 cents (equivalent) in ETH. That makes the list pricing of all tokens and hard ceiling $22.5 million USD

The openANX don't use the term ICO, the company is doing a token sale.
So, if the token sale will be running for the full month, the end would be on July 21st.

I have a question about the bounty campaign. The ICO starts at June 22nd, but the bounty campaign period is about 1 to 2 month. If the ICO tokens are sold out in a short time since it is a promising project. Will the bounty campaign ended in just after the ICO ended?

Hi  juicejoyce thanks for the note. Just to clarify, if the program runs through to the end (midnight July 21) that would be just shy of 7.5 weeks. If we finish early it will be around, 3-4 weeks at the earliest. If that is the case, we will round out the full week (for example if it's Monday we'll pay through to the end of that week) then close out.

Of course, if people go ABOVE and beyond in their help promoting the project, we may consider paying an extra week to those guys who we think did awesome work. I'll run it past AsiaNexgen to confirm, but that seems likely at this stage.

Asset gateways and the DAO will share fee revenues earned through the operation of payment and exchange channels.
The DAO revenue will be stored as an emergency fund which will be used to:
- Power payment and exchange channels to add utility to the openANX platform and Ethereum ecosystem
- Provide collateral shortfall support to users in the case of a gateway credit event (limited to a percentage scaled by the gateway’s collateralisation metrics)

What is the distinction between the non-profit Open ANX Foundation and ANX International?
The Open ANX Foundation and ANX International (“ANX”) are separate entities. ANX will contribute proprietary IP to kick-start the openANX platform. Maintenance and funding for the openANX platform will be performed by the non-profit Open ANX Foundation. After the platform launch, ANX will merely be an asset gateway and supplier on the openANX platform. Other suppliers can be selected by the DAO governance board.

What is the DAO and how does it interact with the openANX platform?
DAO stands for “Decentralized Autonomous Organization”, it functions using smart contracts on Ethereum. openANX abides by the DAO, which is governed by the voters on the platform. This is one of the many strengths of the openANX platform – the governance is decentralized and can mould the way the platform behaves and develop
