"how far the price of the coin will go up" - The team prefers not to speculate on this matter.
To my mind this will depend on 3 main factors:
1.The development process, how successful it will be. Personally I'm absolutely sure that the team behind the project
will do their best to launch OAX paltform as soon as possible, Q2 2018 or even earlier.
2. The general situation on the market. If existent problems with centralized exchanges will grow, then the expectation
of successful entry of openANX into the market will favorably influence on the OAX exchange rate. Developers claim
and we can see this in the White Paper that it can solve a lot of bugs of current "cryptocurrencies-exchange OS".  
3. Regulatory questions.

"Will we be able to trade this coin in an exchange" - Yes
When? In 7-10 days after July 21st, the last day of the Token Sale.
Or even earlier if the Campaign will end sooner.

During ICO much hard to predict about the price of this token what it will be this will get listed on exchange. Market will decide this as I think investors would be happy after finish of this crowdsale. This coin has great team behind this so easily it would go to the moon.

1. First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.  

Here is the answer from the openANX representative:

"... Second, We aim to build a consortium of exchanges and we've had initial discussions with a number of them. From the outset, it will probably be tier 2 (regional exchanges) and other decentralized exchanges that join first as they stand to benefit the most initially. Centralized exchanges will want to support a gateway to hedge their risk: decentralized matching is clearly the future.Small exchanges get to utilize a top notch matching engine (rather than attempting to build their own,  and they get access our initial liquidity, or exchanges that don't do a full range of tokens can add those to their existing clients.

It's then that aggregation becomes exponential. Once we have 4-5 exchanges then we become attractive for other reasons. Agreed, what a joke. I almost invested until I realized these tokens have next to no value.
