I know that currently I do not complete the requirements for the BCT bounty, but was wondering if it will work only in fixed month, or is it no matter when you start as long as there is still funds?

I hope that soon I will be at least FULL member in order to join the campaign

Hello Wall-ET, thank you foo the interest to the project.
In general we have weekly basis in current rules, so you can enter campaign any time and start get reward from that week in case of accomplishing tasks and to participate in the program until the end of the current campaign (end of the month). We are reviewing and optimizing rules and starting new Bounty every new month. So welcome to check rules for the November closer to the end of the October, possibly Jr. will be accepted. In fact there can be a lot of changes, new missions etc. Or everything can stay the same. Just welcome to check.

Yes, it's long-term and monthly-based. We need to have a possibility to analyse it and implement changes and improvements every coming month.
So, rules for the November Bounty program will be known closer to the end of October. I hope we'll include new missions and directions to optimize it.

There is no concrete information about the second Token Sale to the moment.
Quite possibly it will not take place in Q2 as was planned before.
According to last updates on this matter, it can be held in 2019.
Due to this likely underspend; it is not clear that a second token sale will be required in 2018.

Hello ivanpoldark, that's what I said. Nobody hurry with the second Token Sale.
That was preliminarily said in thy roadmap update and was confirmed by Liam during AMA, as he said:
Honestly, nothing has been confirmed yet. The reason for this is that the tokens are locked in the smart contract until the time period of the second sale anyway (Q2 2018)
