When will Religions die?

Religions made a lot of damage to human beings and our world in general. I'm not talking only about Islam, but every kind of religion, more or less, caused lots of problems.

I'm sure they will end. They won't last forever. But how will they end?

Which could the scenario that leads to their disappearance?

you will die 100x but religions will remain until the son of God return thats what im pretty sure,you that whos creation of BIG BANG THEORY only exist because God letting you live.you should have read other stuff than what you are getting from the internet.try to read bible or listen to some preaching over i ternet

First, people made a lot of damage, not religion.

Second, a lot people, inspired by faith, did many great things for humanity like serving the poor, ill, homeless people etc.They even opened the hospitals, schools, started charities...

These two comments are the reality of Religion. It's not the religion that kills people, it's the people that kill people (and if they do so "in the name of [religion]" they are completely misinterpreting what their religion is preaching.

Lastly, if man created religion, it will disappear.
If God created religion, it will last forever.

I struggle with this bit...which answer is it? How will we ever know? Additionally, most religions say they expect a regular attendance at a house of worship, however religion itself doesn't necessarily require this. To believe in religion and follow religious principles requires least of all the regular attendance to a mosque, synagogue, or church. SO while these visual elements of a religion may grow or decline it's not indicative of the actual belief and faith people have from one community to the next.

Religions will never die. People will stop praying and believing in religion and also the creator. But the most interesting part is when people will stop believing this, that time will the whole world will be destroyed.

Day by day people are creating new rules and after some days they started saying that rules as a religions rules.Moreover nowadays people don't give second opportunity and sometime some are misusing religions.people are killing each other.When this will be normal issue then religions will die.

Religion will die when parents stop imposing their religion on children. Now there are many young people who do not believe in all sorts of religions so I think it will be very soon.

It will never end humankind needs something to believe after death, thats where religion comes out to tell the people not to worry about it and obey some rules to achieved that promised heaven.

We also inherited it from our ancient ancestors that`s why religion wont die and because we always believe about it even though we know some of us using bible to earn and to rule people.

It doesn't seems like the religions will die anytime soon. Look at what is happening now. The number of adherents for the two major religions (Islam and Christianity) is constantly going up, while that of the atheists is declining. And more worryingly, Muslim and Christian immigrants are migrating in large numbers to the previously non-religious or nominally religious nations.

I agree with Daniel91, I don't think the damages should be blamed on religion. In a way religion can or already helped in the transformation for the better not only of a person but of the community. Religion can be a support to government endeavor as long as they are teaching correct doctrine based on the Bible where God laws are found.

Even if there's no religion existing, the damage you'd said can still happen. The religion is just a belief and it's all depends on the person who used to believe in it whether he used it barbarically or ethically. The problems that you have said was a merely caused by the person itself.

the existence of the damage lies not in every religion, but in my opinion from the selfishness of adherents of certain religions that influence other adherents for their own benefit without thinking about the safety of the people.
I think from a human point of view a religion will stop if there is no such religion. so whether or not a religion depends on its adherents. on the other hand religion is a deposit of god although people hate it or that religion will still exist because humans are not eternal while the god of the owner of religion is eternal. essentially against religion as well as against god, which needs to be opposed is the wrong thinking and interpretation of religion, so that no damage occurs in the name of a religion.

Since each person has his own personal religion, and since formal religions are only agreements to some religious words (but really there is no agreement, because nobody understands the religious words the same way as anyone else), religions will only die when every last person on the face of the whole earth (and Mars, if we go there) is dead.

Religions wont die. It will continue to exist as long as their are human beings who believe in God and their faith. Religions also are business without tax. So they alre alive and would continue to do business in the world.
