I am also a bit disappointed as well.  I do appreciate the honesty.  Making amends should be in order in my book. Perhaps a small refund.

If I don't have a tracking number by this weekend. I am probably going to request a refund as well.

Let's get this done, no more excuses.

For my order I can generate my own USPS shipping label PDF that you can print, affix, and then drop in a mailbox, if need be.  (Canary handles shipping like this.)

I'd just need to know the shipping weight and and the "ship from" zip code.

Let me know if this will help them to ship out any sooner.  If so I'll get one done up and emailed.

Two days since we were told we'd get tracking.  Arklan, if something's happened, that sucks, and I think many of us here are capable of empathy and sympathy, but some communication is nice when people are antsy and we need to know what we are dealing with.  Don't go the way of all the other group buys and just keep us in the dark when/if something goes wrong.

At this point, why are you involved?

Have they been shipped or not?

If shipped, then any deals are between the owners and the bidders.

Or, do you want to be involved "ad infinitum" in all exchanges which have 'passed through your hands'?

At this point, even though it is substantially past '10pm local time', I have yet to receive tracking info. Therefore, at the time of making this post I'm still vulnerable to potential 'capricious actions'.

sorry, you're right. i wasn't thinking. they've shipped, i'm not involved, as you said. do as you will, folks.

work's been nuts. people sick, tournaments, etc... i'm sending tracking out now.

Or we could go by lost mining revenue, these should have been shipped on the 30th, allowing 2 days for delivery in the U.S. that would currently put us at 2 days overdue, if they ship today we can assume they will be at our houses by either monday or tuesday of next week, so overall 5 to 6 days of lost revenue, assuming they ship today.  I will even give the benefit of the doubt and say that all of those days are at 85M difficulty, so that equates to about .00193 per miner per day or about .05 to .06 if they arrive Monday or Tuesday respectively.  Personally I do not think any reward should be given for this debacle, but at the very absolute least, I believe that the above is owed to me, should probably be more, but the above is at least fair.

I think that's a reasonable request, although I think it would have been 3 days for shipping since the 30th was just prior to a holiday weekend, which would only put us one day overdue today, and 4 to 5 days of lost revenue total.  And considering that Arklan is not a bona fide company but instead is just some guy, with real hurdles and life problems that I sympathize with, and who has been more transparent then any other group buy I've seen, I'd hope that people here would be lenient and not demand the shirt off of his back. 

Arklan, what say you?  Do you believe some sort of compensation is fair?  I'd even be ok with splitting the difference since "shit happens".

the proposed above is acceptable to me. PM me addresses and amounts expected.

to clarify mjy last posts: as far as the miners go: everythings fine, they shipped, i've just been failing at getting tracing out. some (texas ones at least that i looked at) are being delivered today. i'm sending the tracking right now. shipping and handling refunds as suggested or lost mining revenue, which ever you prefer. obviously the one is likely higher.

though be aware, my btc stash is pretty low, so payback might take a while. but i'll do it.

I think you should commit to an amount to be refunded.  Obviously we pay for the shipping to our house.  Leaving it up to interpretation is messy.  What do you say to, 1/2 of your profit from each order?  We as buyers pay actual shipping, and the difference is split down the middle?  I still want you to get something for your effort, even if we did hit a snag near the end here.

I've been informed one of the Canadian packages has an issue. I may have done some paperwork incorrectly... Sigh. Investigations underway. If you're outside the US, check your tracking, which everyone should have by now. If you don't, I have it (except for the position box guys)  but may not have sent it to you, purely by mistake, i'd it happened at all.
