Demand is not the only factor that affects the price the other side of the coins is supply, so even if there is an higher demand for bitcoin, if the supply goes up, even after the increase in demand the price of bitcoin is going to decrease, it is basic economics really, and with the fateful date of August 1 getting closer I think we are going to see the price dipping further due to panic sellers.

Yes I completely think so that bitcoin is being affected because of many people coming into the picture. Just imagine hundreds of people putting money into bitcoin every second, making it valuable in the market and ultimately rising its price. This is also related to "need of bitcoin" that is when there is something needed by millions of people in the world then it gains value because more and more people wants to invest into it. Moreover, bitcoin has become popular commodity in the trading world and people prefer it as first choice. May be all these factors are really affecting the bitcoin value.

Everyone is well aware why bitcoin prices are sliding right now. it is obvious that people pulling out their investments from bitcoins as they do get unnecessary panic. Fork is complete new to bitcoin environment, that must be the prime reason why people are going out of bitcoin investments.

I also hope that after August 1, the price will resume its growth. Now we see a completely different trend and it's a little frustrating for me. But I understand that there can not always be growth. There must always be a correction

If it is going down just because it is an economy rule. Bitcoin is going for segWit. Which will keep the transaction speed very rapid. So keep calm and believe in a bitcoin it will pump up again after August. Because there are some implementation which is being on by bitcoin. Even me is getting nervous this coming August but I think when you know your stuff in storing btc with a good wallet ( hardware, or online wallet) then you will not panic on what going to happen. But it's good to consider the things you should do if something happened to btc. In my experience in trading I though I can predict the prices but things are different now these days, if btc goes up you won't know if the alts will go up or down. Sometimes it's really unpredictable to trade or what coin you are going to buy. I'm still not advanced in these stuffs but in my almost a year here, history doesn't repeat itself now. Sometimes even if you are a veteran, prices may surprise you.

I think after august 1, bitcoin will rise up again who knows, for now bitcoin is falling down slowly because of this news about bitcoin is going segwit. I'm losing my bitcoin now but i'm going to hold it let see what will happen after august 1.

 No one can tell when will bitcoin rise again but this rise will be certain. As bitcoin is a digtital currency and like real currency it always have fluctuations and its all usual, nothing to worry and to panic. For now hold our coins and let's all wait what's gonna happen next. Maybe a win or lose decision to all of us here.
