Yes, I do it all the time; PoS is not very processor intensive, so your PC performance will not suffer. Actually I run three PoS wallets on my comp plus ether GPU mining 24/7.

Tried it and seems to be working well for me. This gives validity to this project, the team wont go through developing a mobile app if they're not seeing it for long term success.

This will be powered by our partnership with Farron (a local coffee chain with 200+ branches). Once we're done with the implementation making TOA as the mode of payment on its branches, other partners will follow through. This is easier than us setting up our own branches as the distribution and awareness will be lesser than partnering with a chain with hundreds of branches. And we won't stop with Coffee franchise only.
