I love you berry, you are hilarious. You never give up. You might be the most dedicated person I have ever seen. Are there any coins you actually like?
There's one in every bar (or pub). ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) He's truly one of a kind. Relentless. Obsessed. But hilarious.

"ClassNotFoundException: sun.misc.Cleaner"
Searching for the above makes me think sun.misc.Cleaner is a class that's removed when Java's got an update from 1.8 to 1.9. So you might remove general "default-jre" and install "openjdk-8-jre" if you happen to run Ubuntu or derivates. Maybe. Or something like that. Or maybe you should be able to edit start-script to use parameter "-version:1.8*" as man-page suggests but I'm not able to get my system to find any JRE with any version-string. Even -version:1.8.0_171 that same parameter without argument prints gets an error: $ java -version openjdk version "1.8.0_171" OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_171-8u171-b11-0ubuntu0.17.10.1-b11) OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.171-b11, mixed mode) $ java -version:1.8.0_171 Error: Unable to locate JRE meeting specification "1.8.0_171" Anyway, I guess you have too new java.

Nice update. But the price still going down I don´t think the price will pick up very soon. The market is bearish and the project needs to deliver some key facts before they can be adopted. It is nice to see the team working and trying to achieve the goals, but there is still a long way to go. Maybe it will lead to some high profits in the next bull run, but therefore the team has to deliver the promised features

Nah, this won't raise the price. They will have to push out many more good updates and maybe partnerships to get the price moving up. Also getting on a top tier would help with that but the devs don't want to get listed anywhere else so this is probably a no go. Nice update. Short update about the Bulgaria conference: It was surprisingly dynamic atmosphere with notable difference to more events in the western EU. Finally it feels the demand for blockchain software, as well as the investment interest on the more mainstream participants is becoming evident. The customers take initiative in sourcing usable custom solutions (which aren't numerous on the market) instead of the blockchain companies needing to bend over in all the ways to get some prospects going. We got a few nice, big leads that can be built on, and quite a bit of exposure from the nicely positioned booth. More importantly the short trip was a nice bonding event and cohesion building opportunity for the 3 core team members in HL offices, it's good to continue from here to focus on the pending releases and closure of the second fiscal year. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FDVg7UtR.jpg&t=663&c=jfhj0fWEXzP16w) Heat Ledger was pre-selected in the qualification procedure. HEAT Discord is active daily. New invite link: https://discord.gg/q8wbedddevs are paying 2 BTC per month salary
Not true. Full time C-level staff of Heat Ledger Ltd are paid in EUR a compensation at the current rates below < 1 BTC net monthly, which is still below industry standard.

Why pay when they can get listed for free on Binance or OkEx? They would just need to get their community to vote for them at the monthly votes ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)
OK, guys, just letting you know that since APRIL new users are unable to register at your Discor channel. I remember trying to register there in April and it was not working and just checked again and it is still not working. Based on this thread itself the project looks not active but this recent dev post got me thinking that perhaps it is not abandoned. If Discord is not active too that's OK, just let me know, but I thought that perhaps the community is hiding somewhere far whatever reason. I wanted to ask simple question in April and give you suggestion - why don't you just pay one of the exchanges to get listed? HitBTC takes about 20 BTC per listing. I know this is a lot and you are trying to become an exchange too, but still that would give you much more visibility. Also 20 BTC might seem like a lot but presumably there is some document from tax registry that shows that devs are paying 2 BTC per month salary (can someone confirm or deny it by posting the PRECISE LINK to that info?), so that is not much compared to the salaries. Get listed somewhere guys.

Sorry for my n00b questions, but why is an ethereum wallet so special? There are a few of them out there already... And a BTC wallet isnt that fancy either, i mean there are BTC wallets.. Does the HEAT token have any purpose, i.e. BNB coin maybe?

anybody knows if they(heat) plan to opensource it ever, if yes, any idea when is that going to happen?
Yes. Highly likely in 2018, 60% chances during the 1st half. Hey @Eliphaz Fimk, we are in 2nd half of 2018, is there any update for going open sourced? and any marketing and adoption plans?

Does the HEAT token have any purpose, i.e. BNB coin maybe?
It definitely does. All tx fees on HEAT p2p network are paid in HEAT token. This means fees for current and future services on the public HEAT network, such as: - Fund transfers - Asset transfers - Asset creation and other operations such as whitelisting a market - Messaging fees - Forging stake contribution - Microservice fees - Partnership service fees from contracted companies Simply, the HEAT token is the blood of the decentralized service network called HEAT, which is still in its infancy regarding commercial, high volume service offerings. Humming along soon 18 months, proper and fit for the proliferation of incoming decentralized services. anybody knows if they(heat) plan to opensource it ever, if yes, any idea when is that going to happen?
Still plans to be open sourced highly likely. At a time when it offers competitive advantage for HEAT (instead of competitors only, as would be the case now) or when it makes no difference.
