Great! Now you just need to do better marketing so that people actually know about it. I follow heat and didn't know about this app...

Cryptopia hasn't updated their stuck HEAT node despite multiple requests. Obviously HEAT isn't the only coin suffering from resource shortage there

I have contacted support since a month ago and you are right, this should have been something they updated.

And yes they haven't continued support on several coins, it is on Cryptopia then to be responsible for this.

How about you get Heat listed on an at least semi decent exchange to avoid such problems and actually give the coin some liquidity?

Cryptopia has been good and is seemingly well established, I don't understand the hate for cryptopia. All I see is "I didn't get muh tendies in time hurr durr" criticisms about cryptopia.

Other exchanges charge astronomical fees for listing so I can see why looking for another exchange can be bad for HEAT with the current market.

And then you have the exchanges that hardly have any time up or good reputation.

If you are a supporter of these projects, then this is a good time to stock up otherwise put your money where your mouth is and go do it yourself. These are voluntary-community-participation driven projects after all.

Wrong. Okex, Binance and Bitfinex all have monthly votes where you can get listed for free. Organize the community and lets get listed.

As for cryptopia, what is good about it? It has been a month since deposits/withdrawals are not working for Heat... Its a crappy exchange, no debate about it...

EDIT: Also, what community driven projects are you talking about? Heat is a business that got their money from their ICO...

I actually got out at a pretty good price thanks to this guys trolling. For once, fudders were a net positive for me! Haven't checked on this coin in over a year? how's it coming?

I guess you could do worse having held a $500k market cap. I saw some coins with even more spectacular falls - not sure how they are paying their teams? Or maybe the coins were just a sideshow for their businesses from the start. Still, with some of these coins trading under $250k with public faces attached, you'd think at least an employee or two could start offering price support  Huh Huh

Doesn't look worthless from this point of view:

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/heat-ledger/

The devs of HEAT must have been acquaintances of a neckbeard that is now envious their project is going somewhere without the help of said ex-friend neckbeard.

Marketcap is not = Value, it is highest bid * Coins in existence.

Unfortunately if you try to sell heat you will see that the highest bid goes down pretty fast as there is almost no buy side. The total buy side on heatwallet is 0.28BTC and in order to get that you need about 3 millions of heat out of the 21 million or something that are in existance. I don't even know if there is any other exchange that supports heat, i guess not and if they listed it then it will most likely not even work.

Imagine you are not the only one trying to sell heat and the highest bid turns even faster into zero. So yeah it is pretty much worthless unless you consider your once tens or hundreds of thousand of dollar investment turning into a few dollars being worth something.

Sure you can be nitpicking and say "ohhh but it is not worthless", but you will look like a dumbass doing that, trust me  Wink

Oh and you better explain this one:
If you are a supporter of these projects, then this is a good time to stock up otherwise put your money where your mouth is and go do it yourself. These are voluntary-community-participation driven projects after all.
EDIT: Also, what community driven projects are you talking about? Heat is a business that got their money from their ICO...
Heat is closed source you dipshit, how can it be "community driven" when it is closed source? Even if people would like to speed up development there is nothing they can do about it! You idiot have no clue what you are talking about!  Roll Eyes

Lol. Glad this is still a fun thread, same as 2017. I didn't realize the damage was so bad, roughly 98-99% drop - which is worse on Heat, because I remember at the "top" the bids were also very few and far between and most of the buys were probably wash orders. So, this is one I won't even give full credit of having had a pump.

Why is it that everything that anything to do with NXT seems to suffer this fate?

Hell yeah, instead of getting 99% rekt, I'm only normal rekt on good coins!

I just thought this would be a nice case of a potential shitcoin value buy like TRX few weeks ago. Guess not. Next!

I will check your other threads to see if there are any good value buys you like for this doom season though. Always the best time to make money is times like now, buying up cheap good shitcoins that will 100x+ down the road, like RAI, ANT in 2017 etc. Heat was always more like a "2 bagger and dump" though, especially after you started pointing out all the promises going nowhere!

Hey credit to HEAT though, some "much better fundamental" projects also got rekt 98%. Something like BlockV, which even took down Novogoratz. Those guys were expert level pump and dumpers! They might even come back for another round!

Bro, apparently you only really post in this thread? Please don't tell me you are the MM, accumulating now, and that is your "massive" 0.25-0.5 BTC buy order!

Yeah same here, I was totally drunk and high when I read the shitty whitepaper, I mean buzzed out of my mind high. totally shitfaced man! When I realized what shit I got into I thought to myself well how bad can it be, you just sell the shit when it hits market and maybe even make a profit out of it! Every coin at that time was making a profit at start so fuck it and move on. But these 2 mofos were some kind of shitheads man. They pissed me off and made me mad with their constant lying and condescending bullshit statements and so I stayed so I can point out to everyone what piece of trash these 2 cryptoclowns are. I didn't even give a shit about my investment, these fuckers had to be called out for what they are! In case they will have the balls to come up with another round of money collection ohh boy trust me I will be there to screw that up too! These money grabbing lying pieces of shits do not deserve to get one cent from the community I am around since the beginning and which I love and will not let it be shamed and destroyed by greedy clowns like these! Oh no! This will not be happening! The next time I will put on some harder gloves than these and they will finally get what they deserve!

Bro, apparently you only really post in this thread? Please don't tell me you are the MM, accumulating now, and that is your "massive" 0.25-0.5 BTC buy order!

Lol yeah I pretty much only posted in here. NO WAY I am buying this crap ever again, look at my post above. Look since you are a nice guy I  can pm you my advice for this year what to buy. 10x profits are possible!
