You might try Pandabank Ver. 3.0.2. This is what I'm running and it's working fine on Win 10. It will take a long time to sync and I'd do it in "classic" mode (hybrid mode may have issues) and lock it so it won't try and "stake", should be quicker that way.

Or you can download blockchain snapshot https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Forum/Thread/1349  or using a Bootstrap also available there or  https://bchain.info/PND/bootstrap.dat

There's also an Electrum wallet http://cryptodepot.org/

Look for 3.0.5 to be released soon, it's still being tested.

I have version 3.0.4 running from our Installer on windows 10 and has been stake mining and operating fine.  We are currently testing an updated 3.0.5 version that should be available soon.
we may want to see your debug.log or any error messages, did it install ok then get an error on running?   The shortcut should start PandaBank in classic mode since the blockchain snapshot included is classic.  It should have a commandline parameter -clientmode=full
