Read the whole topic and all correspondence in slack. You guys really did and continue to do a good job. At such rates, the price will soar very high. Do you need Russian translation and advertising in Russian social networks or do you do it by someone else?

As far as I know, Pandacoin is a community driven project now. So anyone who wants to get involved and help out in any way is more than welcome.  |

Any number of coins will make you eligible to stake as long as you keep your wallet online at all times. 100k coins should predictably stake every week. 10M will insure that you stake a handful of times a week. Your coins accumulate 'weight' the longer they go without signing a block(staking) so even just 10 coins will stake eventually, but it may take a bit of patience. |

You may need to start the wallet without the downloaded snapshot: Start the wallet, put it into classic mode, then close the wallet and move the snapshot into the local data folder. |

Pandacoin development is user driven. Users can vote of future developments for Pandcoin. Segwit in one of the upgrades that can be voted on.
