Can cryptocurrency make real money disappear?

Well that is possible depending on what capability we have or we will have. Which means it really depends on technology.

Let us first differentiate money and bitcoin.
Money-works offline, traditional way, and this is the currency we use ever since we become a living thing.
Cryptocurrency-works online, which means having an internet is a MUST.

Well as I've stated a while ago that it depends on our technology. If somebody in this planet can invent a thing that makes us use for example a card or a chip as an alternative way in using money. On that chip where rely our money. And on cashier we just need to use that chip for us to buy something.

So it really depends on our capacity/capability. But for now stick to the traditional way.

I don't think so it will make the real money or fiat disappear. Government has the control to cash and they can reproduce it any time they want. But bitcoin, it is decentralized and there's no way for the government to re-product and it has a supply limit of 21 million so when it reached to that supply, there will be no way for it to supply and produce again.

I'm not sure cryptocurrency will make dissapear money real, this is because the users real money will always be greater than the cryptocurrency that it took a very long time.

Fiat currency has never been around long if you look at the history of mankind. Only around 14th, 15th century did fiat currency appear and it was definitely a mistake for whoever invented it to invent it. I believe he was trying to pay off France's debts(hmm sounds very familiar to how things are going nowadays, i wonder where this is going to end up ).

It is most likely that fiat currencies are going to collapse. When exactly, nobody knows. But it will happen. When people are panicking they will look at alternatives. The main alternatives are precious metals and in my opinion, cryptocurrencies. Due to bitcoin's fast transaction speed and low transaction costs, i believe it's going to be the successful competitor here.

Real money is very known and widely used since from the beginning people were patronizing paper money currency as part of the daily spending. That's the reason why it cannot be replaced with crypto currency and I don't see a possibilities that real paper money will be removed in the system of the lives of the people. If it happens paper money will be replace with a new system of currency, there will be a massive problem to how people will adopt the system and it really needs a big budget for the training and internet network provision on all places.

Fiat currency will never be replaced by any kind of currency. Fiat currency is been long enough to be replaced by something that is not even 10 years old. I don't see that happening ever

There isn't any chances that cryptocurrency will replace fiat, government will never make it happen as they don't accept a decentralized currency as a national currency. If it will happen then there is a huge decline in the economy due to decentralized national currency.

There is 100% chance to live in a cashless world. Maybe not everyone from us will live so long to see this historical moment, but I am sure this is our future. As I know the technology of micro chip with all personal information is in the process already. I suppose here will be added a personal multi currencies wallet. Bitcoin brings many changings with itself, and it is not only some financial changes, the technology of blocks is also used in many sectors of the economy.

I don't think that is possible not unless the government has its own kind of cryptocurrency that is intended for it to replace their fiat. Why do I say so? To the fact that a cryptocurrency is  limited and out of their control they can be vulnerable to an economic change. What I mean about that is a country who has not full control on their own currency will have more disadvantage then advantage. Also I do think cryptocurrency in general can be a good second option for us all.

I don't think that is possible not unless the government has its own kind of cryptocurrency that is intended for it to replace their fiat. Why do I say so? To the fact that a cryptocurrency is  limited and out of their control they can be vulnerable to an economic change. What I mean about that is a country who has not full control on their own currency will have more disadvantage then advantage. Also I do think cryptocurrency in general can be a good second option for us all.

to me i think it is possible but i think it will take a lot of time, because currently bitcoin cannot fulfill all our needs that we can fulfill with our fiat currency, currently all the government also do not accept bitcoin therefore most of the people are still not using bitcoin but in future we can expect that all the people of the world will start using bitcoin and then it will become possible for bitcoin to over fat.

We all know that the government in some countries are interested on blockchain technology and even some of them are starting to learn it, so i believe ( though i'm not compeletly sure) in many years later let's say 100 years later cash will be digitized, it's not gonna be replaced by bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies but it's still being their official currency which transform to digital currency. In the other hand people are prefer to purchase something with credit card or debit card over the cash, that's why i believe cash will be replaced in the future.

Real, fiat money will never disappear, that is my opinion. With time cryptocurrencies will have bigger impact in financial world and some changes and transformations will happen but fiat money will not be entirely replaced. But let's be honest, at current stage Bitcoin doesn't have proper potential to replace real money.

I do not think cryptocurrency can make real money disappear. If ever real money today is replaced by cryptocurrency in the future, then cryptocurrency will be the real money.   This does not mean that the real money will disappear but rather it will just change its form.  Evolution what they call it.

The government will not allowed it to make it happen as this will be more complicated, banks and others agencies will disapproved it. Before bitcoin boom, real money already exists and all people are already used to it. So let us bitcoin stay at is.

Very much low. Not everyone is techy and know how to operate such thing as a virtual currency. Some people will prefer what they already know than something which is foreign to them. In future maybe, when bitcoin is widely known by almost everyone in every single part of the world. We can then say that bitcoin can be used as how  fiat at the moment is being usedand maybe it will be use more than paper money.

Its impossible to see a world without the fiat that we are used to. It wil be strange world that we are going to live in. In a society without money, a number of jobs would be replaced by things that are necessary for survival and community. People would go from being accountants to farmers, gatherers and social supporters. Can we all do that?

Fiat currency has a tendency to devalue, but this is still real money, and more than ninety percent of the people on the planet rely on it more than any other form of money. Yes that's it fiat is for government. And they will not allow this to happen as many people has been familiar of using real money. Not all people can also catch up the idea and usage of bitcoin as not all of us are computer and technology literate. Crypto currency will be used as an alternative method but will never make real money gone.
