It means: If for some reasons one of the miners cannot process the audio, our hub will reschedule tasks and forward this audio to another miner

i was working on and developed way too much speech related software, probably way before most of you even owned a computer!
but i fail to understand how this could be useful combining with a crypto? FUTILE

I know right, I've seen so many ICOs just taking every day functional systems and adding a blockchain then asking for millions to develop it. Like that invoicing system. Now this and a few others. They are just cash grabs for the devs. Lots of lessons will be learned here.

Exactly, lately a lot of new ICO popping up just taking every day functional systems and adding a blockchain,
Hoping to promote their site and get some share of the profit. I do not know whether it is beneficial to the person who promotes it.
