It is ERC20 standard token so you can store in any compatible wallet but it depend on your need. MEW is most wallet which don't required any kind of download and if you want to keep store them in more secure wallet than Trezor will good one. There is list of compatible wallets.

As far as I remember, a significant part of the tokens amount was frozen. According to the WhitePaper, something about 30% should be unlocked already a month ago.

The platform is partially operational but not yet ready. As stated in their blog - deals on their platform were, but in other currencies. The future of the propy token itself is not yet clear

I understood from Whitepaper you can pay with propy token the Propy-Services on there website and it will given to partner company as so as a starter bonus.
If it ever will used as a "currency" to pay for propertys never heard of.

You mean apart from all the scams listed in his feedback? Or all the other scams that aren't listed in his feedback since it was posted? In fact, every project involving nixoid/Ambisafe/Andrey Zamovski have been scams - Every. Single. One. Just do a search on their projects.

The fact that OP hasn't posted since November 02, 2017 could be a little pointer also, plus all the images from the ANN have gone, that might be a clue......
