I think that DIMpay will cust minimum $0,04 thats is the price of Dimcoins hight? And the people can invest with bitcoin and will receive Dincoins with the price $0,04. I think it..

1) New ICO, as mentioned in the whitepaper of dimcoin. Raising funds to develop dimpay. In the long run, dimpay will create fees to us holders with +50 tokens.
2) The new price of dimcoins is 0,04$. This is good and will keep a stable price when it comes on exchange.
3) No new tokens, only coins.

This goes to shows that the team is pretty much greedy. They have been unable to list the dimcoins till date and yet want to host a new ICO. It's completely uncalled for. I would advise everyone to stay clear. My dimcoins are still sitting in my nem wallet ever since.

Not unfair since they are selling from $ 0.04 which was the last price of Dimcoins. And this ICO will increase even more the value of Dimcoins to every two million collected, so the Dimcoins will enter the exchanges with a higher price.
