I chose the lazy route (part 03.1) and encounter an error after ./dasd -daemon
das@vultr:~$ ./dasd -daemon
./dasd: line 7: syntax error near unexpected token `newline'
./dasd: line 7: `<!DOCTYPE html>'
any idea ??

I decided to compile my own by following part 03.2.
here is the error after the command "./configure".
this is the ending part :
