Heres some info I got, didnt verify this myself yet, though. Its a quotation from someone who looked into this. Hope to raise a concern here to adshares.net so they will clarify all this fast (if they even can in a acceptable way).



"is this AdShares ICO for a different company than Adshares.tv?
because they are going to have an ISSUE if it is
is this ICO really outside of GoDigital Media Group?
Becuase if it is then they may well have a copyright issue before anything else
because Adshare.tv and Adshares.net is clearly confusion when they offer the same service in the same market

and Adshare.tv has been in operation for years and is the subsidiary of a firm thats been around since 2005 and is partnered with Comcast, TWC and does distribution for YouTube

I can see a "confusion in the markeplace" claim almost writing itself.
granted, maybe I'm missing something, but like...there are a lot of bad ideas and straight up scam ICO's out there, that look really nice on their website

i searched Adshares, Adshare, Adshare company, Adshare ICO, Adshares ICO, Adshare Stock, Adshare Holding Company in google
and looked for anything that looked already established

then wiki'd that company, found its holding company, found that compnay's parent company
then google'd that company, it's stock, and any articles in the past 12 months"



And adshares.net and adshares.tv really look a little too identical to me on first sight (which might be all that counts). Since this doesnt seem to have been mentioned or adressed by Adshares.net at all, it occurs a little shady to me and creates a lack of trust in the practices the "company" pursues. Thus I deducted my ADST until clarification. I liked the way the ICO was rolled out, very serious afai can tell, and deducting the funds also worked fine. Strange for a scam (a claim that might occur) ...

Think people deserve a clarification on this matter.

Can you provide source of this, because this is misinformation and we want to clarify. We have no affiliation with adshare.tv (by the way, there is no 's' on the end)
We do not intend to venture to the same market ad adshare.tv. Our market is disruption of adexchanges like OpenX or DoubleClick (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ad_exchange).

I liked the way the ICO was rolled out, very serious afai can tell, and deducting the funds also worked fine. Strange for a scam (a claim that might occur) ...

I can assure that deducting funds for contribution is working and this will won't change. We are here for long term and want this product launched.

No need for a source to rectify anything, just quoting somebody i talked to in a chat room.

 As i  said, I didnt look any further into this, but his claims that there might occur problems with adshare.tv due to the issued reasons seemed of public interest to me. So i posted this. Copyright issues should be adressed very seriously, and as said, when I went to adshare.tv, colors, logostyle, marketsegments etc. seemed just too similiar compared to adshares.net on first sight. Of course this mostly applies to the average joe / noob like me. But that alone might be enough to spell serious trouble afaik. And you people seem to be those who adopted that already existing "style". How could you not know that?

Everyone should speak/think for themeselves and am very interested on everyones oppinon. And of course that of adshares.net

P.S.: I never meant to accuse adshares.net of fraud. And can even imagine that adshares.net is in it for the long run, due to the fast replies and competent help offered here. And the way the ICO is rolled out.


Edit: I apologize for the spelling mistake regarding the "S" on the end of the domain. This might give the wrong impression of a total copy cat here. Which is not the case of course. Though, it might be close enough to raise concerns.

Dear BlueChipper, the tokens are issued by the contract. The tokens do not represent shares of any registered company. The tokens will be converted to coins of a crypto currency with delegated proof of stake (just as in the case of EOS). The tokens will represent 50% of all coins of the new crypto currency.
