When ico will end, what needs to be reached to end it?

If we reach 4000 ETH each next token will be sold for higher price, so there is of dilution for early buyers. Token can be traded with contract immediately and will be soon listed on exchanges.

Reaching minimum target will allow us to continue developing our custom blockchain and after few months crowdsale contract will end and tokens will be converted to final coin. It will be announced early, so each token holder will be able to finally make his mind or sell token back to contract.

So it will last few months without max amount of tokens given to public yes?

If you buy for current price 1M tokens for 0.0004 ETH now you will be entitled to 10% of coins allocation for token holders in new blockchain. If supply will rise later you are expected to be in profit, because it can only rise if people are willing to pay more than 0.0004 ETH. If you don't like dilution you can exit for profit. So it is not "without max" like in others ico.

What factor will decide to end ico then?

Once our blockchain is polished to production quality we will announce end. It is coded in contract. We signal intention to end and there is 7 days cooldown during each everybody can decide if they like product or want to sell back tokens to reclaim eth. We plan to do it max at end of year.

Token is not divisible. You can send any amount and unused remainder will be returned to sending address.

Go to Contracts tab. Select "ADST / Adshares" contract from dropdown list. Select function "sell" and pass count of tokens you want to sell as argument. Execute transaction.

We think with our minimum target of ~1M$ we will be able to fund team that will bring working product with basic features according to schedule. This provided that level of token emissions will be maintained in time. With additional funding it will be quicker and with more features.

Heres some info I got, didnt verify this myself yet, though. Its a quotation from someone who looked into this. Hope to raise a concern here to adshares.net so they will clarify all this fast (if they even can in a acceptable way).

because Adshare.tv and Adshares.net is clearly confusion when they offer the same service in the same market

and Adshare.tv has been in operation for years and is the subsidiary of a firm thats been around since 2005 and is partnered with Comcast, TWC and does distribution for YouTube

I can see a "confusion in the markeplace" claim almost writing itself.
granted, maybe I'm missing something, but like...there are a lot of bad ideas and straight up scam ICO's out there, that look really nice on their website

i searched Adshares, Adshare, Adshare company, Adshare ICO, Adshares ICO, Adshare Stock, Adshare Holding Company in google
and looked for anything that looked already established

then wiki'd that company, found its holding company, found that compnay's parent company
then google'd that company, it's stock, and any articles in the past 12 months"



And adshares.net and adshares.tv really look a little too identical to me on first sight (which might be all that counts). Since this doesnt seem to have been mentioned or adressed by Adshares.net at all, it occurs a little shady to me and creates a lack of trust in the practices the "company" pursues. Thus I deducted my ADST until clarification. I liked the way the ICO was rolled out, very serious afai can tell, and deducting the funds also worked fine. Strange for a scam (a claim that might occur) ...

Think people deserve a clarification on this matter.
