please consider changing coinmarketcap.com default view to this: http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/views/filter-non-mineable-and-premined/

that way: IPO and premined coins will be filtered which they are shit.

thanks.

As far as i know coinmarketcap is a general marketcap for all coins unless you name it miningcoinmarketcap.

This I agree with.

I couldnt agree more. Having a filter to omit irrelevant coins, namely IPO's, would be a valuable asset for CMC. Another alternative would be making a stricter listing criteria, to avoid adding an excessive amount of coins and watering down the market.

I disagree, as long as it is actually possible with public sources to determine the market cap of any coin (mineable or not) out there, it should be listed. It would be really cool to see LindenDollars on that page for example, or WoW gold. Unfortunately it is not very likely to get publicly verifiable data on these...

This section should include Exco.in, their NSR volume is growing steadily and becoming significant enough to include.

Possible bug?

Why do some coins show up high in the list when viewing "All" but don't show at all when viewing "Top 100"?  For example, Ripple (XRP) is currently not showing in top 100 but is rated #2 overall in "Show All"

Also, at the moment, "BitBay" showing as #28 in "All" but not showing at all in "Top 100"?

EDIT: Never mind, looks like the defaults got changed...

Hi:
Please add Viorcoin, I already submitted the application few days ago.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=834910.0

https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-VIOR

Isn't BitShares called BTS instead of BTSX ?

Hey, can you please change Horizon's ticker name from NHZ to HZ?

Hey can you guys add Diode. I just submitted the form for you.

Hello.
I contact you to asking if you can add our cryptocurrency exchange ALCUREX (https://alcurex.org) in your site.

Can you please add FindYouCoin (FIND) to the list.

KAR KarpelesCoin

Hey Gliss, KarpelesCoin seems it has been disappeared, it would nice if it was again.

Thanks in adavance Wink

Please add again Faircoin

All updated.

Please consider adding the bitEUR and bitGOLD market assets to CMC. Those markets are open as > 50 delegates are publishing price feeds for those assets.

Also I think it be useful if the assets view contained an "issuer type" header. This could specify if the asset supply is user issued or market issued. I think this is an important distinction because the available supply of user issued assets can be increased by the user that issued it, but in the case of market assets, the supply changes when shorts on the decentralized exchange are matched.

Thanks for creating CMC, it is very useful and I look at it far too much.

Rob

Will add bitEUR and bitGOLD soon.

But most are still held by the devs, so they aren't part of the available supply.

We have already suggested this, but the developers refused.

I've been visiting CMC for a while now and I noticed that NXT used to have two stars but then lost one and then gained one, then lost one again. Bytecoin used to have two stars too.

It would be really cool to see LindenDollars on that page for example, or WoW gold. Unfortunately it is not very likely to get publicly verifiable data on these...

Both Linden Dollars and WoW gold are centralized currencies that lack blockchains so I'm not sure if they would fit with the other coins in the list.

On a related note, perhaps Gliss should launch Coinmarketcapcoin (CMCC). Would be funny seeing it sitting right on the bottom of the list underneath all the other coins. Grin

There is 274,435 CLAM coins at moment and at a price 0.0027BTC per CLAM coin.
So market cap is around 740 BTC.
