Do you set up limits for yourself?

I can not always set limits for myself, because the thirst for excitement is stronger than my mind and it's hard for me to limit myself in the pleasure of stopping the game at the sweetest moment.

Lol you don't need to force your self because you were thirst of excitement when you want something new experience is the best right but for the main reason is find another hobby like basketball because playing too much gambling will wreck your life for sure. Setting a limit of your self is better to avoid loosing too much to avoid playing gamblimg.

Having an alternative recreational hobby is very effective especially sports. Just let yourself explore to whatever other activities you can spend your time and money with.

True, there are many alternative hobby except from gambling and sports is  much better  because there a positive effect on our health unlike gambling it is not healthy especially on our mind. Yet, it can lead into addiction and loss of your capitals. I'm not saying gambling is bad but you must control yourself when you were playing and set up limitations.

Yes, I do. Setting up my limits for a certain amount when I failed, it's enough. Better luck next time. I always say to myself and to my mind, I should win no matter what but in gambling, they want to make you feel uncomfortable when playing gambling. All of us have the limitations, even money has. Money is also running out.

There are unlimited benefits we can enjoy by limiting ourselves in gambling. The significant importance of having limitations could be experienced by any gambler but unfortunately most of them are finding its importance only after big frustrations.

I am one of good example here. After losing big money with gambling due to emotional failures and addictions finally decided to have some weekly limits for my gambling. Only up to that limit I do gamble, once crossed I need to wait till new week begins.

that is right it think if you have some limit for your gambling then you have even prevent your self from such a big lost. in fact most of the people do not have any limit for playing gambling and therefore for most of the time they lose money. but those people who have their limit for playing gambling they can prevent themselves from big lost and mostly make good profit. i myself have limit for playing gambling and for most of the time i try my best to play gambling up to that limit.

It is a nice way to discipline yourself. One having only an exact amount to play with with his other funds away from him would prevent losing more.

You are correct, We humans have the tendencies to break are rules just to be satisfied. But, We also know how to prevent it. It's matter of good choices. I'm not scared on where I should I put my money, Hence I'm just cautious. "suppose if you lost everything in casino" I would rather say that I will not happen to in reality, though if that's the scenario then I would probably walk my way home. Well, discipline is all that's needed for you to be able to set up betting limits for yourself and follow through. When I gamble I usually use faucet money and try to reach a certain amount and then when I reach that target amount, mostly I'd go all in and stop if I profit from that point on. Never think twice of hitting all in again because the chances are very low.

I agree with you mate. Greed is what usually drives people to gambling. An easy and fast way to earn money. Here most of the people have posted that they put limits on themselves. But I doubt. With consecutive betting person starts playing emotionally and it becomes hard to stop.

I'm only limiting myself on a certain amount as before I can't control myself but when things was clearer to me about gambling, then I was able to make an initiative that I need to be aware of the danger and I can do whatever I want. But I choose to limit myself because if I won't limit myself at all, I'm going to lose most of my fund.

Setting the limit on the certain amount of money for gambling is good idea to  avoid big amount of your fund to lose. Gambling is about winning or losing your money depends on your luck.

Exactly. I can remember before when I was a bit drunk and kept on losing. Instead of going home to chill I kept on withdrawing some funds. I only figured out the next day that I blown nearly all the balance of my account. Now I am very careful. I already set the maximum amount to be played before visiting a casino.

Sometimes it's good to set limits on ourselves, because we didn't know the exact outcomes to how we are going to manage thr gambling activities that we had. So far having that really helpful particularly on the situations that might lead us to addictions which caused a person to loss their profit in he gambling and losses of funds. Hitting the target amount is good and that principle is very safe as a gambler who is responsible enough to control himself.
