Of course! I have been playing some Roulettes mostly lately, and I have a weekly amount of money which I can lose without any harm to my budget. It is really easy for me to control everyting and keep it within my own limits. I guess it is really very important in gambling. What about you?

Occasionally i was can to limit myself in gambling. However, i mostly fell asleep and ended in losing. Maybe greedy nature in myself still too strong, so it's hard to put limit on gambling i played. Right now, I am more comfortable trading.

The distance of the limit and greed is very small, we only need to forget for a few seconds, we can also exceed the limit and become greedier. Greed is really our nature, it is always in a state of deep sleep but if we provoke it, it will wake up and make us lose all, so I think setting a limit is just a temporary measure that helps us control greed, in the long run it does not have too much effect, the limits will always be broken. The best is that we should not be gambling if we gambling, greed will be stronger and until a certain time, we will lose control, that is very dangerous for us

I believe that greedy will always be the number one problem when you have a plan to set a limit.
Once or twice you might successfully make it happen , but in the end you will hard to eject the feeling to become greedy.

Yes limiting ourselves in gambling is always dealing with both time and bankroll. If we are missing out any one of these two then the actual meaning of limiting gets diluted. Because when we are going for gambling without any time restrictions then people will go for loans to continue their gambling and the other case of no limit on bankroll obviously leads to huge losses and big frustrations.

Well that is a sad case of an addiction if you keep on wasting your profits in gambling. If you are profiting and you think that you want to gamble those profits away,
take a second thought about it. It will just be a waste of time and effort if you do. The best thing you could do is save your profits and just gamble like 1% of it and
nothing more just for fun.

You are correct but setting limits is useful not only in gambling but in all aspects of life, many people do not set a budget for their expenses and end up spending more than what they can afford and the consequences of that is a life of being indebted and unhappy.

I don’t need to limit myself in gambling because my lack of money already does that for me, lol. But seriously speaking, I do set limit to my gambling by betting money I can afford to lose. I manage my money as responsibly as I could. I make sure some go to savings, the other goes to necessities, and the rest is to gamble away.

LOL. That applies for me too. I can't gamble as much as I could because of limited resources but I do set myself a limit because I can't risk gambling away money that are for my necessities. If I set a limit then that's it. Whether its a win or a lose, I will just stop because I learned my lesson well in the past that I almost lose my money for things that are more important because of my emotion that I can't control because of string of losses.

limitations can also be considered as self control. As much as I agree with you that the distance between greed and limits are not so far, still you can control your greed, as an example if you lose already more than once you can stop for the meantime and make your mind relax for a bit, think about your next decision, if you are going to continue or not, then remember what are those consequences if you will still continue or not.

I bet the usefulness of limiting oneself is not only for those players that have limited budget.  Limits or discipline should be done by all players.  This will enable them to prevent themselves from gambling addiction and be able to enjoy gambling games for lifetime without creating negative impact to their family.  Gambling is not bad but what bad in it is the inability to set limit to oneself.

We all know that gambling is not only a fun but also potential danger. So are you limiting yourself somehow when gambling? DO you use casino's instruments to prevent you spending more money?
Or do you just limit yourself by setting a certain amount of money to spend? Or you don't limit yourself at all?

I limit myself with the amount that I only have on that day, depend on how much money that I have and how far I can go to play gambling. Sometimes when I play and I'd already enjoy the game, I still continue to play even if I am losing, but when I've already know that I am losing what I can't afford to lose and I immediately stop and not to play again so my loses will not increase.

Many gamblers do not set limitations when they gamble that is why they end up broke. As for me I see to it that the money i use in gambling is just 1% of my salary so thay if i will lose it wont be that much and the sole purpose why i gamble is for fun.
