Do you set up limits for yourself?

We all know that gambling is not only a fun but also potential danger. So are you limiting yourself somehow when gambling? DO you use casino's instruments to prevent you spending more money?
Or do you just limit yourself by setting a certain amount of money to spend? Or you don't limit yourself at all?

In all aspects in our life, we definitely should have set limits on ourselves. Too much is dangerous. So in terms of gambling, set limit. Some people do not set limits to the point that they are taking risk too much that will end them broke.

Not only at just aspects of life.

While gambling, setting limits to yourself is a must, as gambling is a very dangerous hobby, and if you want your gambling experience to end well you must understand the risks of gambling and you must set up limits.
If you don't you may find out that you lost much more money then you could afford to lose at some point.

I am inclined to support you in your words. Indeed gambling is a dangerous game. If someone plays it carelessly with no limits, he will end up losing all his wealth. Therefore, one must make some rules and obey them also like a decent child.

It is for his betterment. There must be a limited amount and number of times which a gambler uses to play. Otherwise, consequences are undesirable.

There is a saying that all excessive things are not good and i believe in that. Yes i do limit myself when i gamble. Whether win or loss we should have a set limit when we play since not having limitation to oneself is (i guess) one the reasons why we get an addiction on it. When you luckily won a jackpot it must be set in you to not gamble it again to earn more since there will always be  possibility that what you've earned will just disappear. Even when it comes to loss , having a thinking that playing more will regain what you've lost is not good. We should always have that thin line where we should stop.

Yeah..eventhough i gambled,i'll make sure that I just allotted part of my money..coz being lucky is not happening everytime..so we must control our lust in playing to be a better and good persons...and not to be addicted ..

If a gambler wants to stay safe, he must put limits to the amount used for gambling and time spend in this activity. Money and time both are important and losing them in a useless activity is not very wise. Even if someone wins a good amount, he must to not continue the game because he has now more money to play with. Otherwise, it is very easy to become its addict.

Of course, I, like other normal people who are able to control their spending, have a certain limit in gambling. More than 100 dollars a month I do not spend on gambling.

limiting  yourself in the gambling games  is very much important for the gambler or players for them to avoid big loss of money. Due to if they do this things, I think they experience t become greed as gambler n the gambling.

Honestly it is always be the hardest thing to realize.
Applying your plan such as make that limit and obey on it , people tend to break it for the sake of following their greedy.

If we have limit then everything should be going according to the limit. If we make a limit on how much we should gamble then we will not deposit more then what we supposed to use. If we exceeded the limit that we set then there is no use for the limit again right? if there is no use then we should probably not set any limit again at all

If i am winning and earning money then i will not set limits and want to play more but if i start losing money then after some point i will stop gambling to save rest of my money. I think limits should be set but it is very difficult to set them in real life, they only look good on paper. Just enjoy gambling and if you are losing then try your luck some other time may be you can earn your money back.

I set a limit for myself which I can afford to lose painlessly for one game. This allows me not to lose thoughtless money and enjoy the game. I'm not nervous because of the limit.

how true, setting up limits is some kind of personal audit that you do on your gambling lifestyle and that can really position you  for a successful gambling life or the opposite abyss of addiction.

It is hard to limit myself in any way If I am going into casino with intents  to gamble and win the money. I will always have that feeling ''ok maybe if I put this money i will win''. And so If I lost every single coin that I have everything i can do is to say is not to gamble ever again but when I have money i always come back.

if you are the one with discipline habit i think it could be work to keep limiting your bet amount , your time to spend on gambling and your losing limit , just hard to find people who did the same way when it comes to gambling .

Setting up limits indeed involves commitment and some amount of discipline and so if you're a gambler who's got absolute control of himself and his emotions thrn you're good to go ahead and limit yourself according to a prepared plan and you you can be successful with gambling.

Since im not adicted and i do play only at the places where you can claim for free some coins and gamble with them, the limits is just my patiente to claim or not, i dont like gamble and putting my money dreaming with a jackpot at all, soo i do limited my investment to 10 dollars and happens sometimes only.

I just set a certain amount of profit or loss and after that I would stop gambling for the time being. By doing that, I would be able to stop myself to have more losses and if it is a win then I would use that limit to stop my greediness because sometimes, when I am that greedy, instead of winning, I would end up on a loss so by having a limit, I can retain my funds. Before, I don't have limit that's why I tend to always loss because of greediness and chasing my losses.

It is a very smart way of staying safe and enjoys some winnings also. Gambling sometimes can really give us life lesson, especially when it comes to control our emotions and temptations. We must have limits in all our actions. Excess of any activity can be dangerous for our health.

I think gambling can teach self control faster than yoga and such sorts. When a person sees his life on the edge of destruction, he will do anything to get out of it. This is how people grow by playing gambling.

I am not saying that all the gamblers are this cunning but wise people learn lesson out of every nonsense activity. Fear is the true teacher.
