We all know that gambling is not only a fun but also potential danger. So are you limiting yourself somehow when gambling? DO you use casino's instruments to prevent you spending more money?
Or do you just limit yourself by setting a certain amount of money to spend? Or you don't limit yourself at all?

Of course, i always use bankroll management every time i gamble and i never break that rule i set my self. It's hard at first because of greed sometimes but it become habit later on.

Everytime i gamble, often set limits on how much i will spend on it for lose. Certainly another story if win, because my target when gambling is not too big. So asn't to disturb mental and concentration.

You really follow the limits that you made for yourself ? If you can do that well , congratulations you're the guy who are successful in gambling. Never let the emotions or feeling control you at all. You only need a good provide predictions to earn good profits in gambling for now. Setting up limits and following it is the hardest things in gambling.

If you can able to handle or to follow those limits that you do set then it would really be a good thing but there are instances which would really change this kind of limitation on ones self. Along the way just like on losing money and you do almost hit up the sweet spot on gambling.For sure you would really make yourself out of control and set aside those limits that you set which this is the thing do commonly happen.

Anybody in gambling that does not set some limits by default without being told, is actually calling for trouble in which when it comes, it might be too much to handle. I set a limit for myself in the ones I am playing and that is a separate balance is kept for gambling at any point in time if that amount is exceeded as a result of winning, the extra is transferred out but if its depleted as a result of loss, what I do is to wait till I have free money to float it again.

He's really gambling his money if he doesn't set up a limit. This is the attitude of most of the gamblers before when they don't learn from their experiences. It's not a good timing if you'll not set a limit when you gamble, you are just dragging yourself to lose with your money and it's like a free money for the house if you keep on doing this.

I just set a certain amount of profit or loss and after that I would stop gambling for the time being. By doing that, I would be able to stop myself to have more losses and if it is a win then I would use that limit to stop my greediness because sometimes, when I am that greedy, instead of winning, I would end up on a loss so by having a limit, I can retain my funds. Before, I don't have limit that's why I tend to always loss because of greediness and chasing my losses.

It is a very smart way of staying safe and enjoys some winnings also. Gambling sometimes can really give us life lesson, especially when it comes to control our emotions and temptations. We must have limits in all our actions. Excess of any activity can be dangerous for our health.

While most things when done in excess can become damaging most of the time you do not need to come to that point in order to damage your health, there are many people that drink alcohol that would not be considered addicts and yet the are damaging their bodies with each drink.

Lol for sure you cannot play if you do not have money.  It is the circumstances that limits you not yourself .  Changing site for what?  To gambling again?  That is not setting limit on gambling, that is setting limit on the site you are playing with and continue your gambling session else where   I get what you mean about your limitation.  It is on the site and not on the amount of time spend in gambling.

I think gambling can teach self control faster than yoga and such sorts. When a person sees his life on the edge of destruction, he will do anything to get out of it. This is how people grow by playing gambling.

I am not saying that all the gamblers are this cunning but wise people learn lesson out of every nonsense activity. Fear is the true teacher.

I will create limits for myself so that later I will not be upset because of the loss of the money I need. It does not affect my pleasure from the game, but it helps to save money.

Limits must be there while gambling. I even against gambling from the start but still if someone feels interest in playing it then that is okay for him/her.

I do not really like yoga, but I think there must be better ways to learn about self control than that, any sport is a good way to learn that since you will need time and dedication to become good at it and you will be able to control yourself and avoid quiting when things get hard.

if you are the one with discipline habit i think it could be work to keep limiting your bet amount , your time to spend on gambling and your losing limit , just hard to find people who did the same way when it comes to gambling .

Setting up limits indeed involves commitment and some amount of discipline and so if you're a gambler who's got absolute control of himself and his emotions thrn you're good to go ahead and limit yourself according to a prepared plan and you you can be successful with gambling.

you need to have a bankroll management skill. an ability to control your money get in or get out of your pocket.

set up the limit help anybody to prevent become an addict , make you have less regret also. but the biggest problem are on how good you are keeping the moment you limit yourself? how long it could be last? it is just for short time and mostly failed unless if you have that discipline.
