Congratulation on raising more than enough funds for the project. I am an investor and believer in the project. Good luck!

I made a dumb mistake.  I sent some ETH from my Binance exchange wallet to the Obsidian address assigned to me for the ICO.  Did I just loose my ETH?

0x9fe1b650c13d4192fc77c7e89540e51b4263f67c  address assigned by ICO

0xaBbc654a8D610507cE88785C6bd22bc6f74A000d   myetherwallet address I should of used   Cry

Yes.

Haha just joking. This ico gave everyone a unique address that is bound with your email. So you can basicly send from any wallet, any exchange aslong as you send to the address the website gave you!

AWESOME!!!   Grin  Thank you for that info!  next question...how do I retrieve my ODN and get it in myetherwallet?  Huh   Will I get an email with a link or something?

Obsidian is its own blockchain and will also use its own wallet. The team said in slack that everyone will get instructions by email when they are ready.

Thanks everyone for the awesome support. We have some really great things in the works and once we get everything distributed and released we are certain ODN is going to have a really bright future.

any news about exchanges ODN might get listed on in the future?
Is part of the ETH raised in the ICO intended to be used as payment for exchanges as well?

I can answer your first question by copy pasting whats said in slack.

' Obsidian has three markets in mind, Bittrex, Cryptopia and Liqui. We cannot promise the inclusion of any exchange, however, we can promise we will do everything in our power to get on them. Each exchange holds the right to add/deny who they see fit. Additionally, any coin that is going to be listed on either of these exchanges is not allowed to say when they will be included, as discussing before listing would break their terms of agreement. '

Each exchange have some preconditions to accept a new coin for trading: some just take some money as a "listing fee" and you can submit your wallet and do the setup; others are free, but they still need the wallet code and help on the setup; the exchanges we are aiming at have more stringent conditions, being one of them an active community (BitCoinTalk threads, Slack, etc.)

And they also have their own timetables for everything, so what we can do is make sure all the requisites are met and then wait for their answers. A good reason not to be able to give a precise timeline, like you and others require.

We try to expedite the process as much as we can, though.

it would be good to see the coin on a popular exchange ,but before that we need to start to get a purse for coins .look forward to updates from the team !

Nothing is lost if you saw it earlier and donated to the correct address. Its not real coins held on the website.

The team said we will get email on how to retrieve our coins once everything is ready.

If you never saw the coin balance on the website or uncertain of anything then join the slack.

Pretty interesting idea perhaps, Im just wondering if something like this would actually be successful in a year or so. Anyway to prove this? Or is the burden of research on me? Thanks!
