Open your run window, type in %appdata% , navigate to DeepOnion folder, within that folder right click, new text document, open new text document, and copy the nodes from below, go to file > save as > for file name type DeepOnion.conf and for save as type select all files, press save.

Before you do this close your wallet, once you create the DeepOnion.conf start your wallet again.

I started mining DeepOnion today. I am not sure it worth mining, but I want to support the network with my 35 mhs.

According the hashrate and the profitability of other coins, this coin should start around 0.5-1 USD/ coin.

I also thought about this, my rig can mine ethereum at speed of 0.045 per day, that is about 6.7USD at today's price; using the same setup I can get around 10~15onions, which gives 0.4~0.7USD/coin.

But we still need to keep in mind that only 2mln coins can be mined, the rest of >20mln is pre-mined already...

Good idea, we can implement this feature at the next rounds.   

If you miss one week posting over 10 valid post you will be excluded from only that week's distribution. if you don't follow the 10 post rule for a cumulative 3 weeks, then you will be excluded from future distributions forever.

That"s right basically it's one hour before the distribution time comes, 5.00 am,  so we can collect most update data from the profiles.

I think the main usefulness of onion coin is in deep web.

Due to the fact that BTC needs to be mixed before/after the trading, anonymous coins have a huge advantage there.

So if some one can make a technical comparison between deep onion/ Zcash / Moneo and other anoymous coins it can help the developers and users to understand when to use what.

I will not have time to do this, but crypto-rainbow you can perhaps set up a bounty for this.

We actually put this in rules but it was somewhere below the OP, maybe it was too small for some to read.
 it's now better organized everyone can see. The 10 post rule comes from forum activity idea. We simply did not want to deliver  ONION tokens to people not actively using bitcointalk. Its to protect total community. The more and active people can do success more. Also only if you don't follow the 10 post rule for a cumulative 3 weeks, then you will be excluded totally from airdrop. We understand people need holidays and some reasons.
