you can have incoming transactions when no move period going and you will not be skipped, BUT this transactions can be NOT CALCULATED for the airdrop

Nothing really happens but you will get less Onions with 200 on your balance than you would get with 300 on your balance.
You are free to move your coins as you wish and do with them what you want but don't move them during the no move period.
Otherwise you would get skipped from this airdrop.
